Save A Lot

This store is an absolute pillar of the Lancaster community. Their meat is delectable, and their off brand products are a magnificent value with no compromise on quality or taste.

And of course the staff are all stupendous.

I am so glad I checked out this location after watching the abysmal crash and burn of the Union/Genesee location. At first I assumed it was just the company going downhill but it seems like it is just that location.

I hadn't been to this Save A Lot in years and it seems to have had a facelift since that last visit. Aisles are a bit more manageable and as for selection the stores carries your basics as well as some alternatives and limited specialty items. Like anywhere you have to know your prices though overall they tend to be less than or equal to other stores.

Great selection of Fresh Meat and produce. Huge freezer section. Great staff. No wait at checkout. Human employed checkouts none of those self checkouts. Great overall experience. Two thumbs up

My go to store for good deals & fresh produce

During the pandemic, this has been the only store in the area that I was able to consistently find everything I needed. They've been able to get several shipments of food in every week and kept their stores shelves stocked with fresh ingredients. It is even more of an important location now that the prices for groceries are rising. Consider shopping here for consistently lower prices.

This place is probably the best save a lot i have ever been to. The employees are super, super nice. I've never had one be rude or cranky. The place is always clean and well stocked. They have a great meat section and a few Hispanic products.

Store is always well kept and organized. Even has clean bathrooms. The prices are great. They have excellent meat with on site butcher and good produce. All the employees I have encountered have been very nice!!!

This is my all time favorite place to go to save money on my food bill. I can go to Save A Lot and spend $150 and have enough food to feed my 10 person family very nicely for a week. That includes meats and snacks, which we would need to cut back on if it wasn't for this place. Bring a quarter if you want to use a cart and your own shopping bags if you don't want to buy them at the store. Those are the ways that Save A Lot helps you save money, though, so I won't complain. These cashiers are fast, too. Mostly because they don't bag your purchases, but I won't complain about that, either. Give it a shot just once. I'm sure you'll be surprised at how much you save!

Great staff and customer service they closed at 9pm an i was unaware of the closing time but they didnt rush me to finish an let me get everything i needed 👍☝So this place gets a 6 star rating if i could all employees are great even the ones still in highschool vwry reapectful and always help out with anything I need or anyone else needs wish more stores had staff like theirs these are the hard workers that deserve raises if possible and promotions!!!! I come from Lockport just to get groceries here! Clean,organized,great prices, well-stocked, and a friendly staff always makes this a great shopping experience!! This is the nicest Sav-a lot I've been to.

I really like Save-A-Lot stores. They are well organized and have a pretty good selection. I think their own brands and prices are better than Aldis, and they have a lot more brand name stuff. Great place to shop if you're on a budget or just like saving money.

This save a lot has so much stuff, and the meat here tastes so much better and is of better quality than aldi. It is better bang for you buck.

Best save a lot around, nothing but friendly service from the cashier, to the butcher in meat department, to the stock guys. A+

I think it's ridiculous for that one to be torn down. That's going to greatly impact all the elderly in the apartment complex across the street . Not to mention, they are the friendliest employees, and the store is always neat and clean. I shop at 4 different ones and they can't compare. But to year it down...all in the name of progress no matter who is affected. Very sad.

Sav a lot is my go to place for groceries. The prices are great and the store is clean. We used to have a store in Lockport. Not sure why that location closed though.

They have nade some changes in the past few months. Quarter shopping carts. And they sell fireball. Otherwise same great place.
