Family Dollar

I recently shopped at the Warwood kroger.
The person that helped me was very nice.
She smiled when she spoke, she maintained eye contact.
She even offered me a coupon that helped me get a free tee shirt ( just by spending $1 more ).
Just thought you'd like to know.

My favorite store to shop is no doubt Family dollar! And not just any Family Dollar! I have never been treated more respectfully then I have here at this family dollar. I use to shop Walmart but the ignorance and the disrespect I got over there was horrible. So I tried my hand at family dollar and I couldn’t been more happier. The staff is unbelievable. Always asking if I need help finding anything. Shelves are always full of product that I’m looking for. They never give me a hard time when I use coupons. There is one employee there that goes above and beyond for all her customers her name I believe is Ashley. She makes me feel comfortable and like I’m talking with a friend. Asking me how my day was and listening to me tell her how horrible it was and how talking to her made my day just a lil bit better. I always bring my boys with me because I’m a single mother and they go everywhere with me. They are super shy but not with her which makes me believe she is an amazing employee. If she there is a promotion out there she needs it or a raise. Or employee of the month!
All the employees are so sweet and caring and make me keep coming back. I tell all my friends and family to go there and ditch Walmart.

I normally don’t do reviews but just thought that this store needs a good review and people need to know that this store is nothing of which the people whom wrote a bad review is not true.

Good prices, some okay staff, mostly great, put something down to think and forgot it, cashier asked me about it so I put it back. She said she'd watch me on the cameras. Basically accused me of stealing in the rudest way possible, even when she saw me put it back. Never happened before today. All other staff have been great. Love the store.

Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Discount grocery store & General merchandise. Good place.
