The people really make this place nice! I'd love to see straighter boards in lumber and more good quality lumber yard workers (who aren't high on the job and know where things are without searching for 30 minutes).
That said, the supervisory staff and Cody, Chloe, Brenda, and Ben are awesome! You truly are Rockstars in your field and store!!!

The ladies that helped me today were awsome, helped me find everything I needed and were so sweet!
New adventure flooring, and those boxes were heavy Lovely Miss Lisa 10 helped me through self check out with 80 peel and sticks and the primer I was done in under 3 minutes Thank you Miss Lisa!

Decent selection of everything. Paint colors, patio furniture, cleaning supplies, lighting, etc. Not only do they welcome dogs but they also keep treats around for them. Corgi approved.

I'm doing a diy for a fireplace and I asked if they cut wood to the measurements I needed and they said yes. I gave the measurements to the gentlemen and he was very polite and took the time out to measure and cut the wood. Thank you for taking the time out to help me.

I always like Lowes. It's one of my favorite stores. Especially since I've been remodeling my shower. This tile is the boutique tile from lowes. It's super pretty. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out.

5-6-2023. I went to the Steubenville Lowe's looking for a Microwave Oven Light Bulb. After looking, I could not find it so I asked Earl and he kindly escorted me to the exact place the bulb was located. I noticed Earl is now a Supervisor, which is wonderful considering the excellent customer he provided me these past two years renovating the house. I am ecstatic that Lowes recognizes the hard work their employees put forth and reward them accordingly. Raylee assisted me at the self-checkout. I could not find my Lowes Card on my phone and she assisted me with a high level of professionalism. Thanks Raylee and Earl for being there to help me. You are both awesome!
7-1-2023 Chloe took excellent care of me while looking for paint for our attic today. She recommended Valspar and escorted me to the item. It was priced at a great value. I bought 2 gallons! Chloe was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I recommend the Steubenville, Ohio Lowes, and Chloe for painting needs to family and friends.
7-29-2023 I visited the Lowes in Steubenville, Ohio, today to return some items my lovely bride purchased that I already had, plus two. Cody greeted me at the customer service desk and took excellent care of me, accepting the return of the four my wife purchased today and issuing a refund to my credit card. He then issued me a Lowes Gift Card for the two that I had no receipt for, but he still accepted them since they had Lowes markings identical to the new ones I was returning. Cody was pleasant, professional, and efficient during the interaction. I would recommend Cody and this Lowes location to family and friends.
8-4-2023I went to the Steubenville Lowes today to purchase more paint for the attic for our house renovation. I went directly to the Paint Department, and Chloe greeted me, as did MaryAnn. They both smiled and offered help. I had the bar code of the paint I needed and the lid with the paint splotch on it. Chloe quickly helped me by executing a perfect color match and bringing me the finished product. The new paint worked great. Thanks, Chloe, for a great job once again :) I attempted to write a review on the Lowes Website, but the receipt had no number to authenticate the review. I attempted to contact the store by phone to get the code, but the male associate who answered was mean, disrespectful, and offered no help. He even hung up on me. The employee's behavior was not typical for Lowes personnel.
11-29-2023 April took wonderful care of me this evening. She had my pickup order ready when I arrived, greeted me with a smile and eye contact, and executed the pickup with great efficiency. I recommend April and the Steubenville Lowe's to family and friends.
12-8-2023. My lovely bride and I entered the Steubenville Lowes and were immediately greeted. During the visit, every associate greeted us. As we walked to the dryer belt area, we passed the counter, and Bryant greeted us and offered help. We told him what we needed; Bryant escorted us to the dryer belts and found the exact part we required. The price was excellent, much lower than I expected. On the way out, we also picked up some caulk to finish our house renovation. At the self-checkout, Lisa greeted us and asked if we found everything. She quickly and professionally answered any questions we had and wished us a great day when we finished. I recommend the Steubenville Lowe's, Bryant, and Lisa to family and friends.

Don from plumbing is a fountain of knowledge. He assisted in finding parts, made recommendations, and basically gave us the rundown of how to go about our job. So thankful that he was there. Thanks again Don!!!! We wouldn’t of had the confidence to do our plumbing project if it hadn’t been for you.

Friendly, knowledgeable, staff & well organized

We were met with a helpful man in the lawn/garden area (now garland, outdoor fire pits,bird houses and food). We needed help with propane logs. He was very helpful. Then appliances. We met up with Marcus. Who offered to help us. We picked out the refrigerator we need and priced other kitchen appliances. We have had the same appliances for at least 25-30 years. Go Whirlpool!!! Today was the best customer service we've had in probably the last five trips. I hope they keep it up.

With the greatest inventory ever... hats off to the paint crew for getting my deck paint together. Well-done!

I am very pleased with the customer service here. I spoke to 6 different employees without seeking them out!

Was looking for a special furnace filter found the spot but it was empty, was approached by employee I forgot to catch his name my fault he was very helpful pulled latter down to that area the box was on top shelf he found the right filters in the box he was a black gentlemen with tattoos wanted to post this to let LOWES KNOW he was very helpful next time I'm there I'll catch his name and repost .TO HIM THANK YOU SO MUCH

The employees here are very friendly and helpful. I brought in my receipt for a refund on a product only on sale for 2 days. No hassles they refunded me the difference. I then went and bought more and they offered to load my car. So I decided to stay and buy a washer, dryer, stove, and a refrigerator. Billy was very accommodating and patient with me. Wasn't even his department but he was able to answer all my questions and even made sure they had all my products in stock and that I got all the extra things people don't think about to get them hooked up. Due to it being Labor Day Saturday and them being very busy not once did any of the employees make me feel like I was a bother. Every one of them from the two women who gave me my refund to the garden cashier to the girl who loaded my car and of course Billy.
