Great Customer service and reasonable prices if you have the knowledge to pull your own parts!

It was pretty clean and not as muddy and nasty as it use to be! So good job! Got a read out of what number the cars I needed and it was numbered clearly too!
Found my parts and done..

Nice people big yard, I came to get a spare and found one that fits my minivan. Didn't take me too long and they let me borrow the tool to remove it. I'll be coming back to sell them my truck that I'm junking. They know the procedure and told me exactly what I needed to do, all the documents required and even gave me a quote for how much they'll give me for it. All I need to do is sign the title and schedule the pickup time. They also give veterans discounts, 10%

I don't understand why people are complaining about the junkyard and how much the person at the counter knows. If you're going to a junkyard you should know everything that you need to know or else you have no business at a junkyard and people complain about the prices you can get parts here for 15 bucks that would cost you $400 in the store. It's a junkyard it is what it is stop being a spoiled little kid that just complains about everything!

Super easy and the people are nice. Resonable prices! Got a window for 20 bucks. Their website is a little confusing. I couldn't find a price for just a window and I was expecting to pay 40 bucks.

Loved it . This place had everything I needed and then some. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices just can't be beat . If you know what your looking for and have the tools you can't beat it. Thanks go out to the staff and owners for making this a great place to go.

I just love Pick-n-Pull only cost a dollar to get in you can join their groups and get all kinds of benefits.
A good example is alternators have gone up in parts stores huge amounts and I was out there and I could get one for 20 bucks now that's a hell of a deal.
You can keep cars running longer cheaper than paying a service man. Also if you know what you're looking for and not just browsing they will print out where the part is on the lot and what different cars that the part will be in also the different years the parts in.

It's exactly what you expect. They're pretty organized so they were able to direct me to exactly the vehicle I wanted. $2 entry fee but there's 30 day returns and exchanges so that's worth it.

This place has tons of cars to choose from and lots of parts on all those cars. They also have cars for sale at a very reasonable price. The employees are helpful and nice. The prices on the parts are very affordable, and easy enough to get out of the car; even if you only kind of know what you're doing.

This yard is exceptional; the cars are very well spaced, most of the yard is paved... So there is no mud, puddles or rocks to worry about. When you work under the cars, it's quite clean. Yards like this make pulling your own parts an actual pleasure.

Super, Super Happy with Pick & Pull Arlington. I got what I’ve been planning and needed for my classic truck. And got it for 50% off! And the staff are always super cool with me. And I pick up some super rare and expensive on the internet, pair of tail light lenses, again 50% off!! I have a super stressful job and enjoy working on the truck I inherited from my father. If you don't mind getting greasy and being hands-on then you can pretty much find anything your used car will need!!

The staff was extremely courteous both on the phone and in person. When the tow truck driver came to our house, he was concerned about disrupting things in our yard and was very friendly! He actually took great care when loading our junk hearse....treated it like a new car. If I ever have the need to remove a vehicle I will only call this pic n pull. They deserve 20 stars in my opinion!

Helpful and friendly staff. 99% of your interaction is at the counter haha so pretty easy to maintain 5 stars as long as your staff is respectful. Inventory is in a constant state of change and as things are picked obviously they become limited.

Kate and Catherine were super helpful. Particularly Kate who went well 'above and beyond' what I expected to supply me wth detailed info over the phone about a couple of vehicles because I was coming from quite a distance for the parts. Thank you Kate. Catherine identified other Pick-n-Pull locations between Washington and California that likely had a hard-to-find part for my vehicle. Great service! Thanks to you both.

It is what it is. The yard was at least easy to get around in. It would be nice if the entrance and exit lines didn't converge. It made it difficult to get the large cart I used out and back in. I think they may have been understaffed.

It was great got all the things we were looking for! A little scary out there as a girl with the wind blowing ok wing and hoods and doors flying around bit overall I'd recommend it in a heart beat

Went in today and the cashier Brittany and manager Tom I think we're amazing were very helpful and courtous made sure I was satisfied and helped to ensure I was a return customer I also introduced myself and let the manager know I had applied to work there and looked forward to working with them he took my info and said he would call corporate and have my application send to him for review and let me know about an interview awesome people awesome place would recommend it to everyone
