The UPS Store

I just had a wonderful experience at this UPS location! I had to drive about 45 minutes to the store to make an Amazon return. There are no stores in my hometown. There were some problems with the QR codes and the lady that helped me when an above and beyond to rectify the problem. I really appreciate the great customer service!

I have used The Labelle UPS store for my business since 2022, and I am very happy with the services. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel welcomed every time I go. (3 to 4 times a week). I am thankful for having the UPS here in this town/location.

A huge shout out to manager and the staff at the UPS Store Labelle, FL. They have gone above and beyond to help me send back packages, print out pages from my emails, and shred about 65 lbs of important documents. Great customer service. You guys are appreciated!!

I absolutely love this UPS store. All the negative reviews are not even close to being accurate. I’ve always been treated with the upmost respect. Most people who have a bad review are the ones who come in and feel like no policy or rules should apply to them. They have always gone above and beyond for me. Jessica the manager always takes care of me and all the staff gets to know you the more you visit!

I absolutely have zero complaints on this UPS store! I LOVE Sandy (she's the best) and Valerie! The do the most to help me and my parents every time we go.

The UPS in labelle is always clean and the employees are very friendly and prompt to help with whatever I may need. Jessica and the Marbry Girl are the best! 10/10 will recommend over any other postal service!

I dropped a letter in a drop box in Labelle without the label.
The you lady that I called was extremely helpful. I took a label to her and asked her to please see if the driver could take the label and mail my item.
They not only mailed it, but she called to let me know that it was done, putting my mind at ease. I have always had good service at this store, but I fell this was exceptional!

These ladies work miracles. There was a line when I walked in, but the front associate was able to take care of everyone's different needs efficiently (in English and Spanish). I needed a few colored posters for work in a rush, and the printer associate was able to work with me for the best options because I came in at the very end of her shift. They were all wonderful and upfront about the services! I will definitely come back for printing again.

The girls in here are amazing. Always know what to do and helped with whatever was needed.

My wife and I have been using UPS Stores for over over 20 years (back then they were called Mail Boxes Etc) and Pak Mails and Pack and Ship - their competitors. This LaBelle UPS Store is THE BEST of the 7 we have used over the years. Truly Friendly and Helpful workers who really know all facets of the business. Their expanded hours are GREAT - and a couple of times I called ahead saying how I would be a couple of minutes later than closing time - and they stayed so I could pickup my packages that would be too large to access thru the mailbox . . . and compared to the USPS Post Office . . . it's a No Brainer !

The employees at this store are so courteous and kind.. I never see them having a bad day anytime I go there always smiling and lending a helping hand.. I ❤ this place of business...
