It’s a great place for high school and College students to get work done! The atmosphere is very relaxing. Outdoor area to sit at. Environmentally friendly. Many seats indoors, never too full. Fast drive thru. Great place to go in the morning with reasonable prices!

Y’all I would usually absolutely avoid the location on Newberry rd because of an experience I had with a moody employee years ago. Today I pulled up to the drive thru speaker in my comforter(because it’s 44 degrees in FL today). I was greeted by Rachel who was not only super kind but graceful! Y’all she built my coffee for me on the spot by just asking if I would like to try certain different flavors. I normally only order on the app because I am that extra customer with all the add-ins lol. But my experience today was beyond me. As an entrepreneur I would value & recognize her skill and technique, she’s a gem and you don’t get many that can naturally flow. To the entire team down to the barista who followed the order, thank you! & thank you the you man at the window who let me add on a warm cake at the last minute! Your time & dedication is appreciated!

Service has always been great and every Location I’ve been to. The food is average. The drinks are great. The atmosphere most of the time is welcoming.

Just want to give a shout out to kaitlyn at the jonesville location she is so sweat and helped me pick out a drink I’d like even with the shortages. Amazing customer service ❤

Deliciousness in a cup! A perfectly crafted Latte starts the day off with a BANG!! Counter Assistant was friendly and fast. Barista was also very friendly and skilled. Tioga location was clean and busy but minimum wait time to be served. I will visit again!!

I believe his name is Ethan, he is always super nice and has no idea how much I appreciate my caramel ribbon crunch frappes!!

It's Starbucks. I mean I really can't say I've ever had a bad experience. They are pretty consistent with the taste of their drinks. Only bad thing is the drive thru gets so backed up it blocks the parking spots.

My favorite Starbucks location in the area! Always super friendly service and I just feel like my drinks always taste better when I get them from this location. One of my favorite things about traveling through this area is getting to stop at this Starbucks! If you work at this Starbucks, you’re hot. ❤

In general, this location is always great. But a quick shout out to Mrs. Jackie. She is always so friendly and welcoming. This morning she went out of her way to help me out when I messed up my mobile order without even batting an eye. She is wonderful!

Location on Google maps is incorrect as of today. Needed to use Apple Maps to find the exact location which is farther down the road and not located at Tioga Town Center.

Otherwise it was a great experience. Coffee was delivered exactly as ordered and staff was very pleasant!

This Starbucks always has great customer service and my beverages are made CORRECT everytime! Haley was so sweet, very kind and did an awesome job making my refresher.

Every time I go to this Starbucks, I leave in a better mood (and no, it's not just because of the caffeine). The staff is always friendly, my order is never wrong, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The standard of service and quality I receive here makes it worth every penny.

This place is ALWAYS amazing. The staff are the kindest humans ever and I am so grateful that this is the Starbucks that’s closest to my home (so clearly, I go a lot😁).

They had a huge drive thru line but we’re so quick to make my order. And they made it perfectly. I made a really dumb mistake and the barista (tall guy with black hair)didn’t mind and was great.

The location on Google Maps is WRONG. The address is correct, but for some reason Google Maps tries to send you into a gated community about 0.7 miles away. This Starbucks is located near the intersection of W Newberry Rd and 143rd St, across from the Publix at Steeplechase. Next to Radiant Credit Union. But if you find yourself at the wrong location, just drive a little bit further to Tioga Town Center, there's a local coffee place as well, Patticakes. Amazing place :)

Whats not to love. Great coffee. Good service but they could use more seating at times. We know they can be a bit pricey but they have every kind of coffee you could want and are very accommodating.
