AT&T Store

I hate AT&T as a company but that’s my fault for getting involved with them. The gentlemen here were very friendly and helpful. Would return to this store in the future

We had a great experience at this store. The store reps were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I visited the Pinecrest store yesterday to upgrade my IPhone! I was assisted by the store manager, Angela, who is really awesome! Very down to earth help me decide on accessories that I really didn’t know much about and I really feel like I walked out with a good deal. The store itself is very clean very nice and very low-key! And the rest of the staff was superb so if you’re looking for a good experience I would go there!

Very good customer service, more helpful than other AT&T stores in the area. Moises went the extra mile to solve a problem transferring to a new phone and helped me save money on other services in my account.

Can’t thank Chris Matus enough.. He serves as a Area Manager, but helped me one on one with a major issue with my account at this location.. He spent extra time on my case, and went above & beyond to help me.. I spent so much time calling different departments with no hope in sight.. Almost lost $680.00 on an account discrepancy.. He took it upon himself to see it thru, checking on my account daily, and finally resolving the issue.. His professionalism & dedication to customer service is a rarity in today’s workplace.. Thank you so much!...

This location, US1 and 124 street in pinecrest is excellent.
ATT business (phone in) customer service is horrendous. Even the retail location could not get them on the phone.

Thankful for this location's service! A+ for Pinecrest ATT retail location. They resolved my problem that was not their issue.

Buen servicio

Terrible service by Ernesto at the ATT store at 124th SW US1. We could not report our stolen phone and could not buy a new phone because they closed cashier at 5:30pm (store closes at 6pm). We asked for
Empathy because we needed to have a phone ASAP. He asked us to leave the store at 5:48 because they were closing. All of these after waiting for 2:38 hours for ATT customer service with no answer. We felt mistreated. We will have no phone for 20 hrs

This is by far the worst store ever. No one knows the actual pricing of any of the plans, they’ll lie to you to get you as a customer and at the end of the day you’ll end up paying more than they promised. Not even the manager or owner know what to do in this place.

Associate we're not knowledgeable on how to transfer an upgrade to another line. Promotion were not fully explained. Felt more arduous the buying a new car. 3 hours in store and had to return to fix other line. Still not sure if I got a good deal and don't trust that I will get the $350 for the trade in that required a plan change I had to make without properly researching. I feel there is a catch and it's a bad deal. Was at the point of taking my business to another carrier. Felt unclean leaving store. No apologies or acknowledgement that my associate was I'll prepared. Felt all they were interested was in upselling and not my needs. I know that up selling is a key technique, but little subtlety
