7-Eleven

On 8/21 at 4:45 I was in the Hypoluxo and Jog location (at the Winn Dixie plaza). There was a young man behind the counter who was amazing! He had a line of customers, while a nasty, elderly lady was having issues with some weird “gift card” she was trying to use for her cigarettes and sodas. He went back and forth between two registers, got everyone in-and-out quickly, maintained his cool and politeness… All while this lady got more and more annoyed about HER card issues. She was an utter “Karen” - right down to the “I need to speak to your manager,” this has never happened here before (i.e., “you’re [cashier] the one doing something wrong”), and even “stop helping all of these other people until I’m done.” He was professional and kept his cool under pressure. Sadly, I didn’t think to catch his name so hope the date and time will help identity him. Please thank him for a job well done! Tell him to keep up the great work and hang in there… I was certainly impressed!

This 7-11 is amazing, they have never given me an issue if I was short a few cents, they even helped me out when I was in a tough spot on more than one occasion. Jacob is an amazing owner and all his employees are very good at their job while showing impeccable customer service. If you are nearby and need a snack or drink, or just need to fill up on gas and you have an extra minute or two make sure to ask about the 7-11 rewards and the Mobil rewards programs they have. They will save you a lot of money and are really fun to use! I will be a life long customer of theirs for sure!

They lost my business moving forward. I see why past customers have said this store is racist and bigoted. I went in to make a purchase. The girl who seems to be the manager asks me, "debit or credit". I pulled out my card and said, "debit". She put in the price of my item manually, NOT ring it up and held on tight to my item, not wanting to give it to me until I put in my card PIN. She assumed because of my ethnicity I would run away without paying. That comes across racist, flat out bigoted. I looked at her and told her, "I've been here plenty of times. I wouldn't cheat you." DON'T give them your hard earned money. Money is the only language racists understand. When you stop bringing your money, they're motivated to change. In this life, you reap what you sow.

We used to go to a different car wash but they ruined our wheel rims by putting a solvent on them and we were looking for a new place to go when we found the car wash.We went to this 7-11 to get a car wash since it seems to be close to my residence. Upon entering the car wash the sign on the top right corner reads: buy several car washes ( can’t remember now, but I think four) and get one free. The machine that gives a receipt did not have paper apparently and did not give us a receipt even though we asked for one. We proceeded through and upon finishing I went inside to get a receipt/ credit for my car wash for the sale. A young customer service representative was behind the counter and seemed to not know what I was talking about when I mentioned the buy several and get one for free. He stated, in a very bothered voice and manner, that I would have to show him and came from behind the corner in a rush. He asked me for a receipt in a way, that induced that I had not even gone through the car wash. He was argumentative saying it would of definitely would have produced a receipt. Of course, it did not. As a business owner, I need my receipts for tax purposes. Also, I asked if he could get me a duplicate receipt and he said he could not. He wanted a play by play of what happened and when I told him the story he wanted to hear none of what I said, arguing with me the whole time. He was very rude. I went behind him trying to explain, as he ignored me, and walked back to the store. He almost let the door hit me as he opened the door and stormed in. After that I was completely finished with dealing with such a inconsiderate, and extremely unprofessional person and decided to call corporate. Corporate never even called me to fix the issue or follow up. This is very poor customer service at best. For cooperate to not do anything was pretty appalling. Don’t trust the marketing when it says you will get a car wash free, maybe high blood pressure, that’s about all.

Worst costumer service ever! Don’t come here

Please never stop in this gas station !!!!!! Worst costumer service ever.I pay 3 time and SU the employee do not care costumers.After 1 hrs dealing with the machine , she finally came outside cause of the line give and instead of take care of me she ask me pull over and did not want use the code at this moment she ask me do again the line i do not known for some reason she want me wait after everyone wash there car , my time is very valuable and I lost 3time $12 for nothing my car is not wash. I never see so bad costumer service SU did not have her place IN THIS JOB and BELLA was laughing...... I WILL NEVER STOP IN THIS STATION AGAIN.
