Love wendys all in all. Great location no complaints all employees are friendly and this place has excellent customer service.

Whoever is working this location right now on Tuesday November 1st at 5:25 p.m. are outstanding employees. Every time I come to this location, I always seem to mess up my order and at the window they fix it for me with no problem or questions asked. The food is always very fresh so I never mind having to pull forward sometimes to wait a couple of minutes for those hot fries and burgers! They work like a well-oiled machine inside there and somehow are able to hand me my order as I pull up to the window hot and fresh. These folks do not deserve the three-star rating they have on google, I've been a frequent flyer here over the past few weeks and they are outstanding. Best Wendy's I've ever been to.

Great service, fresh food way past midnight. Franchisee deserves an award.

I truly felt bad for this manager. She was really short handed, running front of the restaurant and drive thru. Only other ones working there were new hires.

When we showed up to place our order, this young guy immediately clocked out & said the young lady would be able to help us soon. Mind you we showed up around 9pm'ish to place our order inside. So we waited a few & saw that the store manager had left her with only 2 employees for rest of night. I'm glad we were patient bc she handled our huge order like a trooper. We had $100 order & she did it in a timely & friendly manner. All our food was hot & made right. Drive-thru might have waited a little longer but she did us right. This Wendy's is awesome!

I just ordered Uber Eats from the Wendy's location. Next to the WA' watch Here in Lake. Worth/Green Acres. The entire order was almost missing. And what they did send me was already cold.
The lovely girl who was picking up my food. I spoke to an I asked her to tell them to. Please make sure that my food is not cold. And the girl gave her an attitude at the window. Today is September 16th 2023.

Staff was precise and quick in their serving. I appreciated they bagged the different meals inside different bags, so it was quick to make sure your order was correct and hand it out.

I love this place I believe Wendy's is the best place That you can get a hamburger these days that actually tastes like one . I had no problem and having them put on The condiments on my Burger That I want it without any complaints . I actually asked them if I was going to receive it fresh and hot and they said Most definitely . I ordered The double Bacon burger It came out hot as a matter fact I had to let it cool down a little bit it was bad hot which was excellent and Fresh. What more can I say great place to get a great meal and with a fair price If you don't believe me go check it out yourself I'm sure you'll enjoy it .

I went there to get a chicken 🐔 sandwich 🥪 it taste good buy it did not agree with Mt stomach but I would recommend this place better than Mac Donald.

Quick service and the staff were friendly

Food was excellent, hot and fresh. The customer service is even better, I believe the store manager named Lenny is who took care of me at the window, excellent customer service skills and great attitude. I live closer to a different Wendy's but Lenny was so awesome that I'll be back to this location because I know I'll be treated great and be taken care of here, thanks again Lenny. Happy wife, happy life=]

Apple-Pecan Salad is delicious! The price is reasonable and the size is good 👍

The management team that runs this Wendy's is amazing. The staff is friendly and efficient. Every time we sit in the GM greets my little one too. The GM checks on people after they order like you would see in restaurants. You don't see that often in a fast food restaurant, it shows he really cares. And that care and service deserves more stars then google lets me give.

Friendly and helpful staffs. I like this branch, always clean, and well organized. I mostly order the same combo meal, spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and drink is always great here.

JOSEPH The young cashier has an amazing costumer servivec I was also shock at how fast fresh and hot I received my meal and I didn’t expect JOSEPH to take my order and make my meal as well only cause I specifically ask him for no salt on my frys due to history of high blood pressure and he made sure of that ! If colored shirts didn’t differentiate Position of power I would have definitely mistaken him for the Manager .

Went inside lady was very nice and told me don't bite in to the chicken right away since it just came out of the oil lol

GREAT PLACE LOVE THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE THE GUY THAT WAS IN THE FRONT MATTHEW Great generous person super nice always get my order right and asks how my day going regardless only think I do not like was the attitude of this one gentleman with curly hair never got his name but he is disrespectful dont let him serve you

I was just grateful that they got my order right, and quickly, which is more than I can say for most fast food places around here.
