The UPS Store

This was the best experience I ever had at a UPS store especially before a holiday . Brianna thank you for the efficient , kind , & professional help today . Jeff the store manager and Michael have been equally helpful & patient . Kudos . I want to thank Zack for his unyielding patience returning a dozen things to Amazon today without batting an eye with the huge load of merchandise I brought in. Always a friendly greeting from Brianna & the rest of the staff in the store . A pleasure to go here & all the concrete advice about shipping I get from these young people. Anyone who says that the younger generation doesn’t want to work needs to come into this store & see how wrong that is !

Fast friendly service. Easy to get in and out with good parking right by the entrance usually available. And they are actually open according to their posted hours. Other UPS stores nearby are often not open during their posted hours.

Needed to ship a large TV. Staff at this location were very accommodating and helpful.

Update: TV arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Thanks!!

Thank God for this UPS Store and all the great people that work there!! They are ALWAYS kind. SO friendly and efficient. It's "one stop shopping!" I can use their computer station, print, mail my UPS and USPS packages and Fax. Ronnie and Moise are the consummate professionals always wearing a ssmile and ready to help!! My UPS Store forever!!

This UPS store is simply the best in Palm Beach Gardens! Luis, the manager, is the best ever! He's personable, helpful, and knowledgeable and deserves recognition for his "over the top" efforts to help me, while serving others at the same time! I had three very important documents that needed to be notarized, witnessed, copied, and mailed. He inspected each page, making sure all proper protocol was followed, and because of his efforts, he found an error and assisted me in downloading another document adding the appropriate page and, because of that scrutiny, I was able to finish my legal documents, meeting the stated guidelines! Copies were made, and send, leaving me thoroughly amazed at his work ethic and expertise. Recommended without reservation.....

Excellent customer service. Well staffed, too. (I believe 3 people were working at the counter). I love the fact that UPS now offers USPS choices. I was able to make the choice between the 2 on the package I was mailing. As my order was almost complete, the employee told me that they sell stamps, too. I bought some. UPS made my shipping experience awesome. They also had well stocked shelves of mailing envelopes and other supplies.

This was my first time visiting Store Location #4368 and I was extremely impressed with the attention to service - Ronnie was fantastic! Not only did Ronnie solve my shipping problem, he went over and above what was required. Great team.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I use their services often and have always had a good experience. Today, I had an item to mail that I needed assistance with. They helped me with the packaging, label, and taped it for me, although it was of no advantage to their business. Thank you!

The staff at the N. Palm UPS store is terrific. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. The handle my mail and packages. In 3 years with them there has never been a mistake.

A+ OUTSTANDING! I went there to have several items shipped. Many wouldn't fit and since they needed to be custom packaged, the shiping rates were upwards of $200 per item. Well the guys here were able work some their freight magic to get my figures down to a more earthey $30! Insanely solid packing jobs. Incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable, too. Normally I don't expect much from the ups store tbh but these guys have raised the bar. Now I go out of my way just to patron this store. Recommended 100%!

We had excellent service at this UPS store. Under new management, it is much cleaner. They are wonderful about carrying in heavy items from my car to be shipped!

It was as easy as driving over to the store and returning a wrong size
item to Amazon. Amazon and UPS contracted for returning items.
UPS does the work and Amazon emailed a "scanned" label. UPS
takes it from there. Quite convenient.

Great guys at this store. Very helpful. I needed to have some packages dropped shipped here while traveling, and they did an excellent job.

Convenient location. Never crowded so there is minimal wait time. Staff are quick and efficient. They are able to take care of all of my shipping needs.
