Very helpful and polite staff. Beautiful store with great selection. Finally got my Bigger Carry-On!

I have been eyeballing the new Everywhere Bag for a couple days now, trying to find the perfect bag for my needs and today I found myself with a three hour layover at Logan Airport so I figured I would kill some time by swinging by the Away store here since there are none where I live.
By the time I get to the store, it is about 9:30 AM and I find a CLOSED sign on the door. Slight panic kicks in because the store doesn't open for another hour and a half, and by then I had to be back at the airport. I am standing outside the store and Steven walks past me and then into the store to get the day started. I figured I would try and see if he could help me so I knock on the door and he opens it, then I tell him my situation. Steven was SO helpful and was able to help me get the bag even when they were still closed for another hour and a half! I was truly amazed at how great him and Mateo were at helping me not only get the bag but also highlighted all of the features, and even took care of all of the unwrapping for me since I was going to be using it immediately on my connecting flight. The bag so far seems to be exactly what I expected. It also looks great on top of the Bigger Carry-On and I couldn't be happier with their products so far, and the customer service behind it! Amazing staff at this store! Tiffany L. and Stephen Eysie, the store manager, assisted me in obtaining an item that could not be fulfilled online. They were gracious, polite, efficient, and unflagging in their efforts to help me. Any company would be fortunate to have these two employees working as ambassadors for their brand!
UPDATE- The Latitude Tote that was sent from this store arrived exactly when Stephen said it would with a lovely note. Happy Holidays and thanks for making my holidays so much easier!

I went into the store to buy the F.A.R. Backpack. I was in and out of the store in two minutes. When I got back home, I took out the bag to begin packing as I had to catch a train. Unfortunately, I was incorrectly given a tote bag. I called the store at 7:01PM. They close at 7. They answered the phone. I explained that I received the wrong bag and I was trying to catch a train. I was about 10 minutes from the store and they were nice enough to let me bring the bag back so that I could get the correct one. The store was closed, I didn't even expect them to answer the phone, nevermind wait for me to come exchange for the correct item. I thought that was very kind and above and beyond customer service.

Helpful and efficient staff. The store is well organized. A large selection of bags and suitcases are on display.
The color of the suitcase we wanted was not available in the store.
The salesperson ordered it for us and it was delivered to our home 2 days later.

I loved my visit here on Memorial Day. I needed to cancel an online order, and make an in store purchase due to a delivery time constraint. The sales clerks were extremely cordial and amazingly helpful. My entire issue was sorted, and my new Away aluminum suitcase in hand within 10min. This business has my highest recommendation.

Quick and easy purchase in a streamline, no-fuss environment. I knew what I was looking for before I entered the store, but a staff member still whipped out the spec sheet when I was unsure of a measurement. They also encouraged me to pull whatever suitcase I wanted and wheel it around, open it up, see how it looked in the mirror to make sure I made a purchase I was comfy with. I also had additional concerns bc the Bigger Carry-on is slightly bigger than what American Airlines states as its carry-on limit, but the staff assured me that they've never received complaints from anyone about their luggage not fitting, so I got it in red and am very pleased so far.

Staff was knowledgeable and fast very efficient felt so cared for by the blonde girl that helped me. Was even kind enough to let my dog come in
