These folks are amazing to say the least. We purchased a new speed Queen dryer and I hooked it up and it ran but didn't get hot. I called Alex and he told me to call the other store ( Trotters) which I did and Collen was at my house within 15 minutes . He found out the outlet was bad. He checked several things and was here for a while and didn't charge me anything even though the problem wasn't with the dryer. They have good deals on pre-owned appliances and they stand behind it. This is NOT one of those fly by night junk stores. I recommend them highly. There are still good, honest and down to earth business people in the world and the Trotters are some of those people. I very highly recommend them, Trotters in Alexandria and the Bargain box in Pineville.
I installed a new outlet and now it works great. We'll be buying all of our appliances from them from now on.
