El Rodeo

El Rodeo has really great food. Their service is always amazing, and their food is fresh, hot, and authentic. They have the best guacamole I've had anywhere in my whole life. It is made fresh daily, and when they're out, they're out! Great prices, great food, and great people.

My wife and I dine here all the time. This is the only place that we Mexican. The food is delicious and seasoned just right. Everything that my wife and I order is awesome. The kitchen staff knows how to do it RIGHT!!!!!!
From the minute we walk through the door, we are greeted by the host and escorted to our table. Once we are seated, our waiter / waitress come and start taking excellent care of us. From the time we walk through the door to the end of our meal the entire staff goes out of their way to make sure we are taking care of.
I want to say thank you to the owners / managers!! Thank you for having the right people in working for you!!! Thank you for your hospitality !!!!

Stopped in for a take out order. The order only took 5 minutes to be ready, great!. The food was delicious! Chips are thin and very crispy. Salsa has just the right amount of spice, not so bland as other places. Burrito and relleno were both covered with Queso, just the way I like it and did not need to order Queso separately. I will definitely be ordering again!

Always clean. We eat there about twice a month. The food is very good and the service also. The price is reasonable.

Well, several years ago my wife and I ate here because it was close to the house but we were not impressed. I don't remember why, but we never went back. A few months ago we decided to give them another chance and man they have improved. We now go about once a week. The food is so good. The Hawaiiana Fajitas are friggin awesome. If you haven't been here in a while or ever, you gotta try it. A+++++

If I HAD to choose a negative, I would say the salsa could be a little chunkier but that's a personal preference so I'm not dinging them for that.

Five stars all the way!! Good prices!! Still can get a good meal for $10 here.

We have been eating here whenever we visit the area for about 25 years. The food is always delicious. On this particular trip, my order was weirdly made with beef (its a shrimp dish). The waiter noticed it as he set it down and was going to have it prepared correctly. I didn't want to waste all that food so I kept it. It was kind of gross with beef lol but other than that everything else was correct and my kids enjoyed it.

Nice little restaurant for a Mexican fix. We've eaten there a few times and every time it's been very satisfying. They have a good thing going in downtown Ball...

I haven't eaten here in a long time but my schedule brought me nearby so I decided to stop by. I was very pleased with the experience! I had the 1/2 order of beef fajita nachos and it was a generous portion size. Of course the premeal chips and salsa were delicious and plentiful. After lunch I enjoyed their house flan and it was delicious! My waitress was very attentive and the restaurant appeared to be very clean. All in all it was a very nice experience.

Friendly place, with delicious cuisines! Great for a relaxing dinner or on the go quick bite, this place has it! Family friendly and no wait time!

Everything I have ever eaten from here is good. Their salsa is my favorite. It tastes the same everytime i go. It also has the perfect amount of flavor with very little heat. And their queso is always warm and cheesy! The staff are hard working and always friendly. El Rodeo is for sure an authentic Mexican restaurant. Yummy!

There's not much to say other than these people are phenomenal!! Customer service is always on point, the food is always out super fast, it's moderately priced and has really good options!! Best queso and fajitas in Central Louisiana!!! I rarely give a 5-star rating but El rodeo totally deserves it! They've been around since I was a child and literally changed the Mexican food game in our area!!! 10 out of 10 5 stars whatever you want to stay these guys got it!! I love you el rodeo!!! 💕💕

We love this place! I've eaten at this place many times from childhood to adulthood. The food is always hot & very flavorful. My husband claims they have the BEST hot wings in Central Louisiana. I think they have the best salsa. Prices are decent...& the food is very much worth it. Friendly, concerned service. Very happy with our experiences here!

My family and I love this restaurant. The people are friendly, the service is prompt, and the food is the best!! My girls and I are there at least every other week. The prices are very reasonable. And I don't think we've ever tried something we didn't like. Love this restaurant. I highly recommend it.

The chili rellenos are excellent! Restaurant is clean, service is fast and friendly.

Friendly staff and food was pretty good. We had a party of eight and we’re accommodated and served quickly.

The food is delicious especially the Mexican Potatoe!! But I found hair in my food not once but twice I mean I can over look once because it was laying right on top but the second one was in the food they really need to wear hair nets the waitress and the cooks!!

Staff were all wearing their masks. And they were wearing them the way they should be worn, over their nose and mouth. Staff were very friendly. A little on the pricey side for Mexican food but a lot on the plate. I highly recommend them.

The best Mexican restaurant in the CENLA area! I've been going to this place for years and have always been greeted with great service and delicious food. Normally the restaurant is moderately busy,but it can get packed on the weekends. Noise level and cleanliness have never been an issue for me.
