Great experience here! Diverse selection of wines from around the world. Very affordable, can bring your own snacks, friendly atmosphere, will return.

Excellent beer and wine store with a bar and events on the side. Has a solid regular crowd, trivia, and music nights. Excellent rotating tap list. As a dark beer drinker, they've always had at least one porter and stout available every time I've been there. Great place to grab a drink with friends.

Hands down the best drinking establishment in Kentlands :) the owner, I refer to him as Mr. Grape Escape, is awesome. Toby, Jason and the rest of the staff are all awesome. The clientell is high class, professional and friendly! Many and all assortments of all the beer and wine one could ever dream of. Atmosphere is great and they even have comfy chairs! Nice place here, I do always enjoy my time here. They even have live music at times! 😀 this is my honest review, Amber out!

Nice beer and wine store with a small bar and a large selection of craft drafts. Staff is very friendly. Great for a quiet beer or glass of wine or three.

I have been going there since it opened. All of the owners have been great people. Rich and his staff are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Trivia night is always fun. They’re beer and wine selections. Are very good as well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely top tier environment. Megan and Rich are such genuinely kind and helpful people. They truly care about the bringing joy to the community. This place is so full of life.

Love this place!! If you’re looking to have a good time, with good people, and are into quality wine/beer this location is for you. Ownership/staff really care about their clientele and treat them as family. Combine that with events like trivia and live music/karaoke, and you really can’t go wrong. I really enjoy this place!! Love this place. It is essentially my local neighborhood adult gathering place. Great wine, a serious craft beer game, wonderful local musical talent, and pet friendly. And the staff could not be more friendly and customer driven.

Grape Escape Kentlands is without exception one of our favorite places to visit! They offer a pleasant, clean, fun, warm, and welcoming environment. The owners are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and very community-oriented. The wine and beer selections are vast and very interesting. And best of all for us, they offer live acoustic local music both on the weekends and often during the week! You can even bring food in from home, or grab something at one of the many local eateries to bring in (including but not limited to Cava, Chipotle, Jersey Mike's, Coal Fire, Panera, Giant Food). We know that we'll always have a great time whenever we head over to Grape Escape! We highly recommend them!

Best in town. Biggest collection of beer and wine in the area. Well arranged wine racks makes finding your favorite bottle swift and easy. But the biggest attractions are the events. Trivia on Wednesday and Friday night live are my personal favorites. Bartenders are very friendly, and you will find the owner right among the bartenders who will promptly deliver you a fine fun packed bar experience.

24 taps! to choose from and most of it are periodically rotated according to the seasonal fashion. But if you’re an IPA person this is the best spot for you. There are no bars in about 25mi radius that offers that many IPA verities on tap.All day Happy hour on Sundays are a nice treat.

This place is Dog friendly, you are welcome to bring food of your own choice which is very rare these days.

Toilets are clean and well kept. Ample parking space at Kentlands.

Customers crowd is awesome. Such major social space on weekend nights. Wait for the weekends Pete Looney, Billy Herrington and Greg Edmondson are Playing, where you will see the best crowds. Billy is my personal favorite followed by Pete and Greg.

Wish that they would consider in-house food options in the future. If there was an outdoor focused event during summer days.

Hidden Gem: chill Sunday afternoon ( summer ) take outdoor table with few friends to share stories while getting tipsy on happy hour beers. (Winter ) indoors with board games.

Lots of wine and beer choices, including a fair number on tap. No opening or corking fee, and you can take home anything you don't drink. Highly recommend the trivia nights. Bring in whatever outside food you want.

Really nice staff. They know a good bit about beer and wine. Nice variety of styles all the time, and the taps rotate frequently.

The selection in the shop is extensive, but not comprehensive. However, you can drink what you've bought on site. And their prices are reasonable. They'll generally let you bring your own food and eat it while drinking their beer or wine.

Plus, they're in a great location in Kentlands.

Unlike a lot of local bars, this place isn't obsessed with sports. They have TVs but, generally, the place isn't loud.

There are two downsides to this place: They don't serve hot food, and they can't pour tap water.

It's a fantastic environment when they have events going on; very friendly staff and owner; great drinks and actually a pretty good selection.

Trivia night is lots of fun! Rich and Toby are always great. Nice beer/wine selection!
