7-Eleven

This 7 11 has been there since I was a little kid. Lots of good memories there. Has been a goodnolace to stop when visiting my family. Never had a problem here as this has almost always been a good 7 11.

Freshest coffee of any 711 store I can remember

Typical 7-11

This 711 in my neighborhood is the 711. That I go to on a daily basis more than 2 times a day and in the evening time I frequent the store to get my coffee.
I usually Take my son with me who is 6 years old and full of energy. He has formed appropriate relationships with some of the employees on a kids level so that when he goes in there he speaks to them they give him high fives ect. After last night I will never go to this 7 11 in the late hours and while this one employee is working. He put his hand up to my sons face across the counter and told him to be quiet and that he talked to much. There was another customer who was standing next to us and he went in on the employee as I was sharing my feelings with him. Who are you to tell my 6 year old son to be quiet and that he talked to much? This employee needs to be reprimanded my sons feeling were hurt. I literally was having a conversation with my son on the importance of not sharing food with his fellow classmates and he was just trying to plead his case to me about sharing pickles. I'm beyond disgusted. I have had mutltiple issues with this one employee but have not once said anything due to the fact that he is from a different country and there can sometimes be a language barrier in understanding whats going on. 7 11 hire better people who can work around young children who love to talk and teach them its not ok to speak to children that way and tellyhem they talk to much.

This is the worst 7 eleven ever they need to shut this place down good inspectors need to go here food is never fresh it's old condiments always old and store just feels unsanitary and employees are very rude to customers if I could put Zero stars I would this store sucks and so do the employees never going back to this location

If they had a zero rating I would have given it. The ladies who work there are super rude, especially the manager/owner . I went in for a cup of ice and a couple other things. She proceeded to charge me for the ice. I told her that the afternoon lady doesn't charge me if I make a purchase. She got super defensive and argumentative and I just said; fine just be consistent..don't charge me one day and not the next. So I said 'I don't want it.' She snatched the cup and was like 'wasting my ice!' I wanted to tell the b!$%# I'll go elsewhere and buy a bag of ice. I should have put back everything I was buying. I will never go there again even if they are right around the corner. I will go to WalMart first. I'll never support rudeness. I don't need her....she needs the community!
