The UPS Store

I have always had an exceptional experience at this UPS store, with any question or need I had being addressed very easily by multiple staff members over different visits. They have never failed to give me an easy solution and to find a way to meet my needs, which I greatly appreciate. I don’t ever feel that they are there just to get the job done quickly or to make money. After many good visits, Jason specifically helped me today as well and really had my best interest at heart. I tried to do a survey online, but this was the only way I could give feedback so I wanted to make sure I did so. Thanks very much guys—for always being there and happily helping our family with our returns and packages!

Amazing service. I highly recommend this store for all high quality printing and shipping services. Our Kennedy Centre programs were printed here with vibrant colors, high quality paper and timely delivery. Communication was excellent as well.

This UPS provides the best service compared to any UPS in this area. The staffs are all extremely helpful & courtesy. I’m very blessed that I live only 5 minutes away.

LOVE this UPS store! Always clean, staff are helpful, and service is amazingly prompt. Just shipped a package to my daughter in college in North Carolina, and it was delivered <24 hrs after I dropped it off.

I recently had to canvas paintings created here. They turned out wonderful, and just before the holidays. The staff was attentive and wanted help me! They would call with updates and new information about the canvas just to make sure everything was perfect. The return time was pretty quick. I was able to put my request in with the owner of the store, and pick them up just a couple days later. Highly recommend this location.

Excellent service. Staff are very helpful and professional. I was a bit confused about the shipping instructions given to me, and the staff members very patiently helped me figure it out, answer my questions, and give suggestions. Was probably the most pleasant part of an extremely frustrating paperwork process.

Great place to print photos, scan wide format pictures and canvas

I had Rush create a canvas about a week ago! He did an amazing job and was super responsive. The canvas looks great too! Highly recommended.
