AT&T Store

I got a new phone and they had to activate it and they got it right off. The bat transferred over data from one to the other. The guy was really knowledgeable and really friendly.

They are very helpful. They have fixed my problem with my new iPhone with in 10 to 15 minutes I highly recommend them if you need to go to a AT&T store. Should have went there instead of Ada AT&T. They fixed everything that Ada messed up.

AT&T has always been a 5 Star service to me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Super good they answered all my questions and then some they didn’t try to make it confusing. They explained it to the best they can and I am gladly appreciate them.

Knowledgeable staff and decent selection in store

I went to the store to purchase a screen protector for my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I walked into the store and was greeted/acknowledged right away. The employee got what I needed and then asked if I had an AT&T account. After I stated I did, he informed me that my screen protector had a warranty and that he added it to my account so I wouldn't need to keep up with a receipt. The whole transaction took about 5 minutes from entering to exiting the store.

Dominique was very friendly. He worked quickly to get my upgrade completed in a timely manner since I had my 22mo old with me. The overall process was enjoyable and I had no issues when I left. He was very helpful and kind.

Quick greeting and offered me options. Was not pushy. Wanted to save me money. Knowledgeable about the products both sold in store and online. Focused on his customer and not chatting while you wait. Appreciated his help and the visit went very well!

In to buy a new phone because I feel like I am out of my league! But, Kishawn was friendly, answered my questions without making me feel dumb, and did not try to pressure me into anything.

Went into the store for a specific reason... was greeted immediately, question was answered and verified by showing me the answer on my bill. I then asked about another line for a tablet and she was amazing at explaining what I had to do, how much it was and how it would change my bill. After all of this as I got up to leave I saw the HBO info and inquired about that, well before I left I upgraded my plan and got the HBO special as well. Thank you for showing me that your customers are appreciated.

Ashley and Chris went above and beyond to help me understand my bill and make sure that we were taken care of. Prices are really high, but the customer service was phenomenal!!
They both deserve a raise!!!

Josh Stein was very helpful. He listened to me needs met all of them and was very mindful of my time. He also helped me look at my plan and got me a better one to meet my changing needs.

Spoke to Corey over the phone about upgrading my Iphone, when I stopped in a few hours later he was out to lunch but Dom helped me, he even called Corey and told him I was here. Dom got me squared away on a new 12pro, Corey introduced himself when he got back from lunch. I was in and out of the store in about 40 minutes. Everything went great. Thanks Dom and Corey,

I don't know who the other reviewers delt with but we had Kristen helping us the first time we went in and she went above and beyond to help us and to make sure we got everything taken care of. We had to go back because the first time we were there late and so we had to wait for corporate to respond to a request. When we went back Kristen was busy busting ass to fix someone else's complicated mess so Jordan helped us. He was awesome too! He answered all the questions I and and wrapped up everything that Kristen had started for us. In and out with smiles and Thank yous :). We will def be going to back to this store for our ATT needs in the future!

Corey was amazing! Very helpful and talked me through everything! I went back 3 times before I made my decision and the last time he came off lunch to help me! Really great service and so considerate!!

We had such a bad time over the phone with AT&T.... awful! But as soon as we went into this store, Lamar helped us. It took 3 hours because of the problems over the phone with AT&T, but he was calm and he was determined to help us and get us our service. If anyone need to go in the store ask for Lamar, he's the best!!

After many attempts to fix my att phone problems, I decided to deal with a person instead of a computer or an unknown person on the other end of a call. The workers at this store made everything right within 30 minutes. I will drive the extra miles every time in the future just to get real help!!
