Extremely good and reasonably sized empanadas at a cheap price for CA ($5). Also one of the best ham sandwiches I’ve had, the cheese they use pairs perfectly and it’s high quality bread, again at a low price for CA. Plus wine is always good!

We were very pleasantly surprised at how great our lunch was. I didn't even know 5 Pours was now serving meals, but my friend had read a review about it in a local paper so we decided to try it. We shared the ham and cheese sandwich, which was no ordinary sandwich. The bread was great, the ham was really good and the cheese was amazing. We shared a beef empanada which had amazing flavor, and shared a caprese salad where the mozzarella was flavorful and the tomatoes and seasoning were very good! We had great personable service and stayed, relaxed and chatted so happy about our new lunch place find. We decided to come back for dinner and wine with our friends soon!

They told us all about their special wines they get that other places don't have, focusing on the local heritages of San Pedro, with new Greek, Italian and Croatian wines. They even offer wine by the glass now, which just started this week! I think this place is a hidden gem in Pedro!

Wonderful food, ambiance, wine list, customer service. Great shop next door with excellently curated wines and great gifts. They run a lot of programs (wine tasting etc) so check it out!

So impressed with this place! My husband and I dropped by on a whim, and this place exceeded all expectations. We had a wine flight and shared some delicious, made-in-house empanadas. Can't wait to return. It was busy around 3pm on a saturday.

5 Pours Wine Shop just opened 5 Pours Eats recently and it's amazing! I got a couple items to go, the Goulash and Chicken Pot Pie. They did not disappoint, the perfect cozy, rainy day meals. The Goulash is chock full of tender, flavorful meat like a pot roast type meat along with some carrots and potatoes in a rich sauce with a little bit of spice, perfectly balanced flavors. It's a uniquely flavored stew, that's the Hungarian flavors, very nice. The chicken pot pie was among the best I've ever had, it is also packed with chicken and veggies like a traditional pot pie, the crust is delicious and buttery, just perfect. You know how some pot pies are scant on filling with too much sauce, not this pot pie, it's a substantial meal you could share, but I didn't 'cuz it was that good! They both came with a side salad - arugula, tomato, parm, light dressing. A very nice accompaniment. I'm looking forward to trying more items in the restaurant. The wine shop is next door so you can get yourself a nice bottle to go with the food, the owners are super knowledgeable about wine and can provide great recommendations.

You absolutely can’t go wrong with wine recommendations. And the food? Amazingly YUMMY! Eclectic menu lots of choices.
We tried both the peach and watermelon gazpachos, a perfect starter or accompaniment to your meal. Eat in or take out. Thank you 5 Pour🙌🏻

Love this Spot!!! Justin & Dennis are super knowledgeable and helpful for picking out new wine options, they have a nice craft beer selection, and they built an awesome local spot. Show them some love support local San Pedro Small Businesses!

Great local wine shop with very knowledgeable staff/owner. Seem to specialize in boutique wine priced between $20 and $30, which for me is just the right product and price point. I typically show up and say something like, "I've got a pepperoni pizza in the car, what do ya think? Or I'm making [fill in the blank] for dinner tonight. Can you suggest a good white that will pair well? The owner (forgot his name) always has several suggestions with interesting details about each. The store also has a good selection of fine cheeses.

love this place! dennis and justin are awesome and the shop is super cool especially if you wanna try some wines you have never had before.
the lunch/dinner part is brand new and everything i’ve tried so far tastes incredible. haven’t had dinner there yet but planning a little date night there soon!

5 pours is the most special unique wine + store you can get anywhere in California. What makes them special is their knowledge and passion for each of the items they carry. The amount of diversity they show throughout the store lets you never leave without your palate being satisfied.
