Very cool spot , great employee named John helped me out , very efficient at his job and knows how to make you feel welcomed , give this man a raise , I thought I was done with GameStop and their tomfoolery, but no sir you have a happy customer :)

Yeah I work here. All that aside, this location has really good workers who care about the customers. I say that as someone who has to see them PRETRY OFTEN. It's clean, the coupon card we push on you guys is worth it (I have one lol), but I really wanna highlight that the key difference between GameStop locations is the worker base. This one is a safe bet.

I LOVE this location. the staff is ALWAYS helpful and knowledgeable. i work a few miles from this location but live in schertz, i will always pre-order and shop here.

The salesman was very helpful and insightful. He was very honest about the products they had and I appreciate his recommendations. I was able to get the right additional storage i needed for my system. I will definitely be back if I have any questions or when i want to purchase more games for my gaming console.

Did you notice in the pictures on these you'll see different places of different things that the stores have and I like to say that everything that they have there I've been to at least one time you can't say that to too many places before there's some reason this one you can be around this area in town I recommend these places to you these places are great and friendly people

Adam is one bad dude! My kids are always breaking controllers so I decided to get them each their own and when it breaks it breaks. Adam did his wizardry and I walked out paying less than half of what I thought! Thanks bro

Excellent. Order a PS4 Bundle that was sold out all the Games Stop close to my house. As soon as I was able to place the order online I called and talked to the manager. I explained to her that I was in the area to see if she can speeded up the process so I didn't have to drive home which was 45 minutes away. 5 minutes later I got and email that my order was ready for pickup.

I love the staff at my Leon Valley Gamestop. They go out of their way to get the games you need. I always had a great experiences with warranties and returns. They helped me get everything on my list on the day before Christmas Eve. I love my local Game Stop

Clean, good service and communicative. I saw the employees help customers that had no knowledge on videos games and the hardware. Very practical, simple for people to understand.
