The customer engagement at the Office Depot off Bandera Road inside Loop 410 in San Antonio, Texas was exemplary. I highly recommend anyone shopping there for their printer ink cartridges.

Women in counter where we made copies was very helpful, sincere and cheerful. For it to be Saturday morning she had a very good attitude. She needs a raise $$. Keep up the good work 💪👍💪😁😁

Whenever I go into the store, I find much help whether it is in copy and print or in technology. Dennis and technology has always been an assistance to me when I’m buying a computer and explaining what I need to do with patience and understanding.

Super knowledgeable associate helped me purchase my laptop which was on sale at a great price. Second major purchase made recently was a printer and I received great info from the same associate.

I was so impressed with a person working at this Office Max. I believe he may be new and I sure hope he stays. I entered Office Max not owning a computer but wanting one. Joshua greeted me and offered his assistance. I explained what I wanted and he listened carefully and showed me 2 computers that were exactly what I wanted. He taught me about the GB and the memory and the programs and the services offered at Office Max. He showed me how he would be setting up my computer as part of my package so when I take it home it will ready to start! He showed me the bundle package where I can my get tech support and warranty. He didn’t mind explaining things to me twice if I didn’t understand. I felt so safe buying my computer here. I understand my warranty, I understand my tech support and he is providing the initial set up that comes with the bundle so I will have the virus protection. I sure hope Joshua stays because he is the best thing I have seen happen to Office Max in a long time. The store is nice and the products are good. It’s always been the staffing that’s been problematic at this store.

Have been a customer at this location for over 10 years. Service and product availability keeps me coming back.

I shop for all of my Office supply needs here at this particular Office Depot. I most always find what I am looking in stock. Recently, there was a sale on chairs, allowing me to purchase a good office chair for my daughter who works from home. The store is always clean. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. And I recommend the yearly tech service avail for a fee when purchasing one of the many computers and laptops available for sale. There is also free tech advice in the store if you have a few questions. Five Stars!

The Office Depot staff greeted me on arrival, smiled, was very helpful and friendly. Showed me where the items were I was looking for, answered my questions and gave additional helpful info .

Went to your store to obtain copies of legal documents. Young man, Isaac, quickly assisted me in operating the copy machine using my USB since I was unfamiliar with the process. Very pleasant and eager to provide assistance, an attitude seldom found anywhere these days!!! Rarely go to office depot, but you can be sure, I will frequent more often. It was very positive. Even though I didn't find what I was looking for the sales person was awesome. He even gave me suggestions on using something else. I appreciate good customer service and that is what I experienced.

I’m not one to leave review (good or bad), but when a member like Hector goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of, I make it a priority to brag. I recently went to the print area to have some large-scale pictures printed. We quickly discovered that some items were too large. Rather than turning me away, Hector worked with me to split the picture sizes and made sure the largest printer could handle the job. We spent hours getting to the end product, and Hector was patient and attentive the entire time. He’s a very friendly and helpful individual and you will now have my dedicated business at that store because of it. Great job, Hector!

I went to office depot today, wanting my late husband's picture laminated . Not knowing anything about that stuff , not only was I told what to get so I can have the best outcome for a all whether picture,
I was greeted with understanding from the worker that took care of me. And the bonus was that I was taken care of swiftly and efficiently.

Very helpful.. easy to get things done, I find the cheapest prices for shipping and the printing is fast and easy, unless theres a line (some costumers make it so complicated and take forever) but whoever doesn't like to wait.. buying their own printer is always an option right?🤷🏻‍♀ just wished they had a direct phone # instead of a stupid voice machine

Shopped on line and got curbside pickup it was convenient the website shows what is in stock and where so that helps so I get all that I want from one store

I found everything that I needed and the workers were super nice!

I entered ten till closing time and they stillllll treated me with respect and were very helpful so I could find my daughters graph paper and head out content that her school supply list was complete! they even informed me of services I had nooo idea they performed such as free computer diagnostic and repairs as well as cell phone repair and printing services! wow!
