Needed to go to Tulsa to see my wife in the hospital and my battery had died. One quick stop to the Bartlesville AutoZone, and Gunther had me on my way Within 15 minutes. Many thanks for the professionalism of the team.

Gunther came out and helped us check on our suddenly-failing battery. Turned out the red cable had popped off. Great guy, very helpful and a blessing to us today!

Staff is very helpful, professional and courteous. Pleasure doing business when the staff makes you feel that you matter not just there to sell parts, but actually going the extra distance for there customers.

Went in for antifreeze and a Headlight Bulb, right now I'm legally blind due to bad cataracts, they came back and helped me find exactly what I needed, clean place lots of car parts, they can usually find what ya need if not they can get it, very helpful and intelligent bunch of folks..

I have been a loyal customer for many years and will continue to do so. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable and if they don't know they will not act like they do but they will find the correct information for you and help you any way possible. Mark and Jon and Rusty and Lonnie all take the time to make their customers feel like we are top priority and that means a lot to me and thats why when it comes to my vehicles maintenance needs I ONLY GO TO THE ZONE!!! Needed my car battery checked. The Associate was polite and very accommodating. Once determined I needed new battery, he loaned me a socket set to change out the battery. He even plugged a battery pack into my car so that I wouldn't lose memory settings while changing out the battery.
Good experience! A lot better service than you often get these days!

I was in there today buying parts for a veteran that had converted a mini bus into a nice camper the clerk that helped me check out was an example of what every salesman every clerk in every store should be as friendly as can be informative walk me through the process fast told me what was coming up on the screen in front of me before it even came up so that it was fast and painless the man was exceptional I have yet to find a man like that in any Tulsa AutoZone and bartlesville you rock

Hello, I'm not knowledgeable about anything car related in the least. A polite, kind, knowledgeable young man named Daniel just helped me here at the Bartlesville location. I live in Coffeyville but work in Bartlesville and will make it a point to come here when I need something for my car. I actually left another business to come here because they didn't seem very knowledgeable or eager to help. Daniel and the gentleman who rang me up (didn't get his name) were both so helpful and courteous. This made my day. Thank you so much!

Chris sold me a tail light and even put it in without me having to ask! And if that's not enough he put one on the other side without having to be asked either! Thanks Chris! Saved me a ticket!

Went to the Bartlesville store to have codes ran on my car...dealt with Anthony who was very courteous and helpful...ran the codes And printed results and brought them to my car and took the time to explain results..great customer service..

Auto zone has so much to offer. It has everything I need to fix my car plus car products for cleaning my car and more! Shop around, I do. People are very friendly and very helpful-- much needed on my part. And can answer all your questions regarding what you may need to fix your car. The parking is good, W/C access, it's a good auto store.
