The five stars are mainly for the customer service of Ms. Nancy. Despite there being a line, she was so patient and kind walking me through how to resolve the coupon issue I had on my phone. Not once did she get irritated or try to rush me. At the end she actually thanked me for her patience, which I was shocked by as she was just fantastic. Her kind attitude and understanding made up for any faults the store might have. Plus they have frequent sales and coupons.

we went down to JCPenney's on Ingram as we walked in there was a lot of shoppers there the staff were busy but this one lady at the front entrance she walked us all the way up to the children's department . And this are the pajamas that I bought for my daughter for Monday are School. Excellent staff ♥💞

JCP sent me a 15.00 reward, so I went to see what I could find. Sadly, I found nothing for me as usual. My husband was lucky to find two pairs of shorts. Also Sadly, you can't use the reward AND the coupon together! 🤦‍♀

Still one of my favorite places to shop. I always find something great. I prefer to shop in the clearance section. The markdowns are usually 50% or more.

I have always liked shopping at JC Penny. They have quality clothing and apparel. It has gotten a little pricey but worth it I think. The store is very well organized. You can pretty much find the area you're looking for rather quickly

Wow, it makes a vast difference when you can reach an understanding with people. I was attempting to shop for birthday gifts and didn't have time to complete my list. I asked a Manager to hold my items until I return tomorrow and was told: No problem 😊
