O MY GREATNESS! On a recent visit to Rockport, I discovered this ABSOLUTE CHARMING Store! This store is so organized, clean and full of hidden goodies! O!, And the ladies that devote their time....Truly Fabulous! There's many AWESOME items! So, when you choose to visit or if you happen to live in Rockport... don't pass the opportunity to shop there!

I enjoy going to Castaways. In the words of my dad, it's the thrill of the hunt. The only complaint I have is the prices have gotten a bit ridiculous. Today I saw a plastic flower pot for $10 which insane. I know the church volunteers price stuff but that price is a bit much.

It is a very nice place. They many items. The prices were reasonable. I like that the proceeds go to the cummity. It helps a lot of people. The staff was friendly and nice. It hasn't changed much , still great prices and fun items.

I've been here it's very clean

Some things are a bit high priced. But they do have 1/2 off sales on items at the end of the month. I have purchased quite a few things in last few months. Its thrift shopping so sometimes ya have to keep coming back until you find the thing at the right price. I have found the experience to be very pleasing. Great volunteers and I'm sure the funds are used to do more good in the community.

Great store, wonderful volunteers that put up with people’s insults and carelessness. Store always smells clean, unlike so many other thrift stores. I have donated and made purchases there for years.

Very well kept. Clothes are very nice and priced so well you can buy a few things at once. Nice people work there and they are very focused on checking you thru the cash registers quickly. Bathroom is very clean as well.

The volunteers perform a great service by recycling castoff items and donating the revenue to various organizations. I've dropped off some good stuff and picked up nice things, too. Always an adventure!

Great place to go if you want a bargain, but I bought a battery charger that doesn't work, they are close now, I will find out tomorrow how well is there customer service .

Dropped in on a Monday at noon. There were lotsa people shopping but it didn't feel crowded.
I swear they had one of everything...Most items were very inexpensive; however, I thought the furniture was a bit overpriced.
I loved that the clothes were arranged by sizes, as some resale shops just rack them in no particular order.
Their stock changes daily so I will definately be back.

Great prices and very helpful staff. If I lived in town I'd definitely help and volunteer there! Huge variety to choose from and really NICE furniture. Clothes were clean and nice too.

Great bargains, friendly staff (volunteers), and wonderful ministry. Proceeds from sales go to scholarships for high school kids, churches, and other non-profits in the community. If you need it, Castaways has it!

Love this second hand store. Raises money for many good causes.

Hate the fact because of stupid shoplifters (why would you do that to our community) they have had to hire police to stand around and they also limit purse size. Thanks criminals yet another thing you screwed up.

Hurricane Harvey drove me outta Rockport. I used to frequent Castaways when I lived there. Reading the reviews made me glad they have security. There was always a creep lurking around the store. Not just 1 man. Many men. Unfortunately they're all over town. So later this month when I come back for a visit, maybe I'll feel more comfortable shopping around. Perhaps the purse size should be increased a bit also. I sure do miss living in Rockport. Maybe 1 day I'll be able to return. Glad to see Castaways is still standing.
