I absolutely LOVE this place. From the moment you walk through the door, the smell of leather immediately puts a smile on my face and elevates me to a better mood. Not to get cheesy and sentimental but leather; it’s the smell of America. And BEEF, it’s what’s for dinner!!! 😂🤣

All of the staff are extremely helpful. They have a very solid inventory and the prices are competitive.

We visited this location in preparation for the cook off this past weekend and were impressed with how clean and organized the store was. I cannot recall the woman’s name who assisted my husband in finding a shirt and me a hat, but she was very helpful and sweet. We’ll surely visit again if needed!

Great group of folks over here. Went to bring my son in for his first cowboy hat and the fitting associate was fantastic and helped him navigate the head sizing that he needed as well as discussed the benefits and uses of straw versus felt materials. Service was so good I ended up getting me another hat as well, I would certainly recommend visiting the wonderful folks here.

I stopped in for some last minute Christmas shopping for my nephew and this place was packed. Even though it was so busy, I was offered help from employees practically non-stop. They had a lot of nice stuff. Great place.

Brand new store, people are friendly, store layout is great, selection is good and the prices are really good.
We needed another western wear store and this one has the potential to be the best if they keep the prices, selection and friendly staff.

Went in to grab work boots, left with lots of goodies. The store had an phenomenal selection, quality goods that were priced great. Michael helped us and was a superstar. I highly recommend asking for his help. Young gentleman with a black cowboy hat. Will be back again to grab some Pirarucu boots! Great store.

THE BEST Cavender's store I have ever been to (Comparing to New Mexico & Texas). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Store Manager Katy is doing a great job making the store feel like a family, both, for her staff and the customers. The best part is, this is the closest Cavender's store from where I live. Hope they maintain this amazing level of customer service and niceness. Love you guys! <3

Prices are great, very affordable store is you want to look like a true cowboy r cowgirl. There is a large selection of boots, clothes and gifts at this store. Store is clean and safe. This is a excellent store to visit for great savings and excellent quality.

Everyone..the employees were extremely friendly and helpful especially Evelyn. I was greeted kindly immediately upon entry.

If you're going to shop a Western store you might as well hit the top one and clearly it's Cavenders which has a great selection and more.

Customer service there is excellent they understand their product and make great recommendations.

I travel 40 plus weeks a year and personally have visited many many of their stores and always consistent.

Went to Cavenders Boot City in Rosenberg,Texas looking for the Timberland Irvine Wedge . They did not have it but they did have a great selection of boots and a couple of very hospitable and very courteous salesperson. And I really wish I'd have remembered their names . One was a young lady who shared with me she'd been on her feet all day, she stayed trying to assist me with their great selection for the better part of 25 minutes, and I do thank her . I just wanted to browse the store because I was in awe of the amount of boots . And after about 10 minutes, a young man said he was 19, came over to assist me . He said he was working til he finishes trade school in a week or two as an electrician. Listen I first want to thank those youngsters parents for the model they blessed their children with ! Their demeanor was way beyond hospitality, their personalities and character came from great parents and grandparents ! Cavender's Boot City, you'll sell a lot of merchandise if you keep hiring sales people like that !

Everyone is super nice, Deyci was so helpful she helped me find a good shirt for my son that will actually fit him.

We went once and the store was nice and no issues with customer service. However, this review is solely for the manager Kayla! My husband was headed out for work and realized he needed one more work shirt. The store closed in 10 minutes and we live about 10 minutes away. I called just to ask if they could stay open just for him to run in and grab a shirt, cause you never know if you don't ask. I spoke to Samantha who transferred me to Kayla, the manager on duty. She said they could do that and my husband was able to get what he needed. Really appreciate them going above and beyond in service on this one.

The clothes are so cute!!!! I get a lot of clothes for my man. Only thing is the "price" but... It's great quality... So I am giving good quality 5 stars. The hat guy in the back is very sweet and asked us if we had any questions etc etc.

We are regular shoppers at this point. We love going almost every weekend. My recommendation is don't go during rodeo season because that's when they have a full house. Besides, that's an awesome place to go to.
