AT&T Store

I can't speak highly enough of AT&T and Chelsea. My entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. Chelsea was friendly and efficient, and was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Chelsea had a smile and is very compassionate. I left the store feeling confident in the service I received. Great job AT&T for the best customer service.

Chelsea was helpful with my store visit. I was in a bit of a rush and she took care of my situation quickly and was very kind about it! I hope the next time I go in I’m not so much in a rush and get great service like Chelsea gave me!

My phone screen went out on me and most times when I go into the store (not this location) to try and resolve it they push me to calling customer service... even sometimes when I can't make a phone call. This time was way different. Heather took the time to help me, explain my options and even called customer service for me. She truly was amazing and I appreciate customer service like that because it's pretty rare these days. I ended up just getting a different phone because I couldn't stand the one I had. She showed me what she recommended and I'm definitely happy with my choice.

I went in today with several questions about the new update on the iPhone. Chelsea helped me and showed me how to change the settings to my liking. She was so patient and helpful! I will definitely drive the extra distance for any future needs. Thank you!!

The staff in this store is phenomenal! I went I for an upgrade and came out with a new phone, watch, AirPods and STILL saving money on my bill. That’s never happened to me before with AT&T. My experiences are usually not good but this one was great! I’ll definitely be back to this store!

I recently went in to the Wylie store #1125 & was setting up new service switching from another provider. Kristen walked me through the process was very helpful & informative throughout. Explained everything I didn't know & was super patient with all of my questions. Highly recommend this store if you're shopping for a new device or carrier

The lady, Krista, who helped us in store was very helpful and patient with my crazy Dad, brother, sister, and myself. We were trying to take care of multiple issues at once and get everything straightened out simultaneously. She helped each one of us, and solved all the problems with a kind, caring, and genuine demeanor. I was very happy with our experience and how everything was able to work out how we wanted it to, instead of us having to change or settle for something different or unexpected.

The store manager Krista was absolutely fabulous. She assisted with porting multiple cell lines, tablets, the ….necessarily dreaded accessories AND I was informed of a monthly discount with AT&T as an essential employee (Physician/Firefighters/EMTs/Nurses,Etc). After trading in our old phones, I walked out saving more money a month by switching!!10/10 RECOMMEND

The manager, Eddy, was amazing! He helped me fix my phone and upgraded my plan as well to Elite which will save me so much. The store was really clean and well stocked. I will definitely be coming back to this store for my phone needs.

I went there to get a new phone and switch carriers and Logan was amazing! There were quite a few people in front of us so we had to wait, but Logan was very appreciative of our patience and was so kind the whole time. He made me aware of everything that was being done, notified me of all the little things that I don't feel most people would, and let me know all the promotions and deals they had going. I appreciate him and his great attitude the whole time. I will be going to this store only specifically because of his customer service! To the owner, Logan is a great asset to your location!

I really appreciate Jackson and his colleague Dave for staying up late on a Friday evening to make sure we were taken care of. Jackson was so patient to us entire time even though we had some paperwork troubles. He also did a good job on explaining the plans. Absolutely love this location!

At&t has really stepped up the game....it's always fast friendly service in a very clean atmosphere and our bills ain't bad either.

He spent a lot of time setting up our new devices..... when I took my daughter back to set up her new phone Caleb was gone for the day so Alex finished up with us and he was just as professional and nice as Caleb!!!
