Joel and Austin saved our vacation! We were coming through town in our “new to us” motorhome and our battery light came on. They found our alternator belt had broke. Fit us in and had us back on the road again ASAP! Cannot say enough great things! Jordan in parts was so helpful as well!! Thank you guys So Much!!!

I wanted to share an experience we had at this store in Rockford it was amazing I helped a family that lost their bearings on their travel trailer they had everything we needed they stayed late and went above and beyond. It’s such a pleasure dealing with someone that still knows customer service. Small town is still alive in America.

I had a somewhat longer repair job, and was very impressed with the small town community vibes I felt as they welcomed returning customers on a first name basis.

I highly recommend this NAPA store and service center. I was in the middle of a 3000 mile road trip when my front driveline started making noise. I stopped in to buy the tools necessary to remove my drive line. The gentleman behind the counter at the parts store recommended I walk next door to the service shop and ask for Luke and see if he had time to remove it so I didn't have to buy the tools. Luke quickly removed my driveline had me back on the road. Thank you very much for your professional service and going the extra mile.
