Ex-employee here: Very nice place. Gives high importance to ambiance and cleanliness. Great coffee options. 24 hours open. Friendly staff and prompt service. Smokes are a little bit expensive and watch out for old grille items.

The only 7-11 I know that closes but is advertised as 24hours. Walk up to the door the cashier just stares at You. They have a bell but no sign saying they’re closed or when they open. Phone number isn’t accurate. My suggestion is if you’re going to close for any time period at least post a sign on the door.

Ordered UberEats from them today and Half of the items were incorrect. They’re able to contact customers for replacements or refund but just threw in whatever they wanted. 2 stars because they at least got half of the order right.

Rude unattentive clerks honestly
the service sucked! And im a regular customer so they know me and know im always Polite and respectful and they have not treated me the same as i treat them the last couple of months.

I work plowing snow for 16hrs. The people that work there won't let me use the microwave to heat up my food even tho I purchase other items from there. I will never come here even incase of an emergency. The employees here were very rude and disrespectful to me tell me why can't I afford my own microwave. That kinda of made me laugh. But where has the humanity gone. Pathetic
