Dollar General

The ladies in the Jaffrey Nh store are amazing and work so hard with the help they have to take care of customers. They all deserve a raise.

I love this store. I can always find everything I need. The employees are all so polite and friendly. The last time I went in, they were playing something different on the radio, but normally they only play Tom Petty. I love that! Everywhere else plays the same radio stations you hear everyday or Christmas music.

This store seems always to be fully stocked and offers a variety of the same product in different brands. There are great discounts. The clerks are courteous and helpful and work together to keep the customer checkout line moving. The store is clean. Parking is easy. It's like having a mini-Wal-Mart in town.

I've been here a few times in the past during those times the place was absolutely disgusting and the items were sometimes up to or over a hear out of date.
This store has over gone a complete remodel and now I cannot find a single thing to complain about, the variety is outstanding for what it is, the shelves for the most part are stocked, they've brought in items that I haven't seen at other dollar general stores in my area.
The best thing I like about it is the self check out, the one problem is if you have alchohol or you need cigarettes you'll have to go to a regular checkout and the wait time can be a little lengthy as I've typically only seen on person there doing just about everything.
In the hour plus that I was in there as everything was moved around I did not see anyone at the register and the one person that had alchohol and wanted cigarettes left after waiting for fifteen minutes.
The best part that this store has to offer is the refrigerator and freezer section and the selection that is offered and it is most definitely worth the drive as I live in troy and it's a twenty minute drive from where I live but it's more then worth it.
I would highly recommend that you go and check it out just dont be surprised if you spend a little more time in there then you normally would because of the items they have and the remodel.

I love this place. They have your necessities but odds and ends things and I find many different items too! The staff is friendly and i enjoy going there

Good prices. Looks like they are remodeling right now. The food section is gone where they sold eggs, milk and frozen food

This place often does not have great amounts of people coming in and buying things but i feel like it is mostly because of walmart being a thing before them but when walmart goes out, dollar general will take the stand.

It went well, they had what i went in for, with less of a price then the local gas convenience stores. The women at the register was very friendly and pleasant.

Dollar General in Peterborough is the cleanest and most well stocked of the Dollar Generals I have been to. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

I always go there for my quick shopping needs

good prices and a great location make this place an easy and convenient place to grab a few things if you dont want to travel

I enjoy the simplicity of Dollar general for a quick run for groceries or snacks. I am glad they are convenient.

You walk in and the aisles are clean.. service is awesome.. and choices are vast..

This place has everything you could need when you live in a small town, run out of something you need, and don't want to make the trip to thr grocery store or Walmart.
