CVS Pharmacy

Never really that busy here. Everyone is super friendly.

This cvs is out of the way a little but also pretty busy. The staff tries to do their best to help and is usually responsive.

It was fine this time.

Annoyed that the pharmacist called me at 5:30pm today that the correct prescription was ready for pickup. She did not mention the pharmacy closes at 6 pm today. By the time I get there, I see the pharmacist and tech leaving and walking to their car (I was their earlier to pickup an incorrect prescription ordered by the doctor). Luckily, I was able to move the prescription to another cvs that was open.

Wait at pharmacy is usually very long and retail selection over priced

I usually have pretty good experience in this CVS store. However, today I encountered pharmacist Suehaidi who was extremely rude. I don't know it is either she is real pharmacist or technician but her attitude wasn't up to the standards.

One of the worst CVS around the area if your looking for a drink or snack. Completely out of most cold drinks and the cases are gross as well as the tops of many of the cans in there. They need to get the upgrade most of the other CVS have.

I went on line today and found no one behind the counter and every register listed as self checkout. I asked an associate to be checked out. I received a very poor attitude and she was talking under her breath in a derogatory manner. I asked if she realized they were putting her and her fellow associates out of work. She said, "I have a job." She did the bare minimum and handed me a bag, not being willing to even bag my items. I asked to speak to a manager. A very unprofessionally dressed woman with messy hair took several minutes to appear and asked the associate what the problem was. I told her I didn't work there and didn't appreciate being on the receiving end of a bad attitude when I asked to be checked out. She did not reply.
I'll be traveling the extra couple of blocks to Walgreens from now on, where they still have pleasant associates at the register who are willing to help customers.

The Pharmacy and Staff on 20 December 2018 tried to help my wife and embarrassed her with a complete lack of discretion. An Unprofessional Asain pharmacy employee and the men at the front were speaking loudly, announcing what she was looking for. The staff needs some serious sensitivity training. It was a horrible experience!

Calling to ask a CVS if they have an over the counter drug- the Pharmacy person transfers me to the counter, the counter transfers me to the pharmacy, the same pharmacy person then transfers me again and now I’m on hold. Neither person cared to hear what drug I’m looking for- just transfers me as quickly as possible. This should not be a 5 minute phone call. Will go elsewhere

I would give 0 star to this Pharmcy, horrible experience. Apart from long waiting and slow service which I face every time, today I had enough when they kept me waiting for vaccinations. Girls didn’t know why it’s taking time and that old fellow who was supposed to give me vaccines was busy on phone. Horrible staff and service. Never going again.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Expect to be ignored and wait a while.
