Needed to replace my dishwasher. PC Richard has one of the best paid warranties on appliances out there. Up to 8 years. My dishwasher died after 5 years and they gave me full credit. I went to the store and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out a new dishwasher fast and I got a delivery date within 2 days. The store manager was the best. Thanks for making the process quick and painless.

Mr. Mark was amazing from start to finish!! From the moment that I walked inside of the store, he walked right over to assist me. Within five minutes, I literally had exactly the stove that I needed, the perfect measurements, style and color. Mr. Mark also informed me of a few sales and I ended up purchasing a Yeti mug along with my new stove. I am very satisfied with the patient, kind and informative customer service that I received today!

I recently moved in with my boyfriend who is an up and coming chef. He is extremely particular about the kitchen and appliances that he uses. I wanted to surprise him with a few items so I chose to see what P.C Richards had to offer. I was completely lost until the manager Stephen Hassett came to the rescue. Stephen had such a broad knowledge of product information and made the purchasing process so easy and seamless for me. He was able to explain how everything works and how my boyfriend can utilize and benefit from certain products. Stephen and I were able to narrow down a few options and my boyfriend couldn’t be happier.
