McDonald's

Most of the staff is super friendly. They all need to get on the same page on what size cup the large iced coffee come in. One day it's small ad can be and the next it's a large cup. Other than that the food was great, hot and tasted fresh.

Id say the best McDonald's ive ever been too. Definitely the freshest food, service was very fast, and the whole restaurant was immaculately clean.

We placed our order from the self serve kiosk but never got a receipt. Normally staff either arnt around or dont care and try to push you aside and say they will be with you later, but it was almost like they wanted to help, because we didnt even have to ask for someone or stand around and wait. Got our receipt, table tent, cups and went to the drink machine.

Didnt wait but 2 or 3 minutes and we had our food. I normally hate deciding on mcds because i love the burgers when they are good, but boy are they gross when even one ingredient is wrong. This was probably the best burger ive ever had at any McDonald's. The fries were great, not too salty, not cold. Coke was 👌 .

The whole time were packing up and throwing our trash away, theres an employee cleaning the restaurant. Not around our feet, or moving chairs to get around us either. She stayed her distance, almost like someone trained her to do that. The paper towels were stocked, the garbage was empty, lids, straws, ketchup... everything was stocked appropriately. Bathrooms were clean, soap was actually in the dispenser and the water... got hot!

I dont know who runs this store, but the staff and managers need to get recognized for it.

The McDonald's in Seaman, Ohio has always given me Great service. That being said, when purchasing a very large order. It would be advisable to make sure before leaving that everything is accountable.

Most of the time McDonald's stores are consistent. Lately, all the drive thru lanes are very busy and it can take 20 minutes from entering to get your order. But the food has been good! One complaint... I'm often shorted a sauce even when I pay for extras. Check your bag.

Being the salesman for my company I am out that way on Tuesdays so I always know where I can get me a good drink good food and it's right off the highway. There's one person that works there in particular I don't know her name but she's always personable even if she's having a bad day she will talk to you and always put a smile on your face she's usually in the drive through window

I mean come on .. who doesn't like McDonald's. The best one we found is the Seaman Ohio McDonald's.. your food is always hot. Your order is always *Right*!! Workers are very friendly an courteous!

Update: Back to normal with reliable inconsistencies Terrible service, terrible food, terrible wait. It was hard not to "Karen" today.

Something must be happening at McDonalds in Seaman and I am not complaining.
We stopped in on Sunday evening for something quick. Sadly, we hadn't expected too much based on previous experiences.
Wow, we're we wrong! I haven't had French fries this good from McDonald's since pre-covid. Our sandwiches could all be in a commercial, staff was so friendly. The McDonalds standard seems to be back at Seaman!

Excellent management. The workers forgot a menu item that I ordered. In response, I not only got the menu item after complaining, but received a free medium fry plus a holiday pie. If anyone has a problem with their order, they will make it right!

Very clean floors and the staff was well dressed and food was great. The bathrooms was clean. The only thing needed to be addressed was every table in the place was dirty. Please just have someone come out with a wash cloth and wipe off the food a min of 1 time an hour would probably fix this issue.

So our volleyball team went to eat here after a game (about 30 teenage girls). The restaurant was very clean and the staff was all friendly. We all got our orders taken quickly and our food was out shortly. None of us experienced problems, even though we slammed them out of nowhere. They did a wonderful job for handling a bus full of hungry girls. On top of all of this they still we're getting drive thru orders out quickly. Definitely a good McDonald's

Great experience. It's McDonald's. But this one was clean, fast, order was accurate and awesome, staff was friendly. Exactly what you're looking for.

Fast, clean and friendly. Wasn't very busy when i stopped about 5:30p.m. on a sunday evening. Which made it nice!!!!

Nice clean place. A lot of employees working. Asked for no pickles on the double cheeseburger. Got pickles anyway. Need to pay better attention to orders.

This is my favorite McDonald's! They are fast, friendly and always clean! The food is always fresh and fries are never cold.

The food was fresh af. And they had great manners.but they they did forget my buffalo sauce I had to go back in from the drive-thru and get my buffalo sauce that I specifically ordered and the guy at the window said he would make sure it was in the bag he sucking lied.

Everything I ordered was the right way well done fries were perfectly cooked they had cool little high chairs for the kids the bathrooms are nice and clean the restaurant was clean the employees were friendly they were pretty busy when I was there and they did a good job of getting orders out in the timely manner I would recommend this place as one best McDonald's I've ever been to

It was fast friendly service better than most and very clean. Prices have jumped up since I'd been to one a lil fo much for fast food so I probably will stick with an all you can eat place for the price

As always the service was fast, the food good and hot. It is always a pleasure to visit this McDonald's.
