I have been going to cliffs for all my jewelry needs since the 2000s when they were in the mall! They have always been wonderful! The cutest little mom and pop run this store and always have fair prices. The turn around does take a bit longer than chain stores since they do all their own work in house.

I had a watch band that needed repairing and a sonic cleaning. Called the day before, got all the info I needed and took the watch in today. Polite, and informative conversation exchange on both the phone call and in person. Nifty little shop. I would recommend it to anyone interested in purchasing or having jewelry repaired. 👍

I prefer to support locally owned businesses. Cliff's is locally owned and they listen to their customers. I've went to other jewelry stores but to me I didn't get the personal touch. I other words I was uncomfortable where as at Cliff's it was like talking to an old friend.

We had an outstanding experience. The best customer service, friendly, and just real nice people. Liked the fact that it was a locally owned business and was a pleasant contrast to other locally owned business (not jewelry stores) we have had to deal with. I will shop locally at Cliff's Jewelry.

Great folks, great store. I had an Oris automatic watch that had stopped working, and after hearing about how much it cost one of my friends to service their watch, I was preparing to pay through the nose.

I asked the lady at Cliff's if it was possible to get an estimate on the repair before anything was done, and she said "absolutely". They sent if off to their watchmaker (I believe in Kalispell, MT), and they called me back with a quote: $40! It was a broken screw in the movement, was out for about 2 weeks (this watch had been sitting for about a year, so no big deal), and they even offered to watch it for a day to make sure everything was working correctly. The watch works great and they even showed me the broken part. Will definitely be going back if I have any other watch issues.

Awesome - friendly, professional and FAST service. Took a watch to Cliff's that another shop refused to work on and Cliff had it fixed in ten minutes, while I waited, for less than the other shop's original quote. I'll be going to Cliff's for all my watch work.
