This review is delayed a couple days, but I received exceptional customer service! While good service is typical, one employee went above and beyond by helping me find clothes, addressing my inquiries, and suggesting outstanding alternatives for out-of-stock items. To my surprise, I had misplaced my car keys, and he tirelessly searched until he found them for me! In an attempt to express my gratitude, I offered $200, acknowledging he couldn't accept tips, but he graciously declined, stating, "I truly appreciate your generous offer, but my joy comes from helping others without expecting anything in return." As someone who specializes in corporate customer service for a retail company’s, this extraordinary level of service, driven by such values, is worth sharing in this review! 🤣
