I come here somewhat often. I’ve never had a bad experience. The guys in there have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. They are always so happy to help.

I’ve never been in a UPS for longer than 5 mins. Whether it’s returning my Amazon orders or shipping out items, Deveion greets me as soon as I walk in and helps me every single time. He’s always very friendly. I hope UPS treats him well because they need to make sure to keep him!

Every time I go in here Deveion Anderson makes me feel like a regular. He greets every person that walks in like they’re old friends and provides stellar customer service. This kind of employee is hard to find these days; and I will continue bringing my business here before of him and all the friendly staff. I have had a great experience every time I have used this store.

I had a great experience! The employees were knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. They got me taken care of and on my way in no time. Took the stress of my upcoming training off my shoulders!

Deveion has assisted me on several occasions at this location, and each time I see him working he is extremely friendly and has EXCELLENT customer service skills. On several occasions I have seen him go above and beyond for customers including, but not limited to myself!

My most recent visit was on 1/17/24, and Kelsee was also very friendly and helpful when Deveion was assisting another customer!

This is the first time I’ve ever had a good experience at a UPS. I came in with Amazon returns, and the young man working behind the counter, walked me through how to do the entire thing and was just such a blessing. Give that man a raise!

Kelsey’s phenomenal customer service and bright smile made my day! Showed me how to use the kiosk to return my package and handled it with care as if it was her own package

The employers at this location are the best! They are extremely helpful and patient. I had about a dozen Amazon returns, most with different return QR codes, and they went out of their way to help me bring everything into the store, explain why I needed to provide boxes for the returns and why different items needed to be boxed together.

Athena was absolutely the kindest, most professional, and most helpful UPS store employee I have ever encountered. She knew exactly what I needed to ensure my packages made it on time & undamaged, which they did. These were precious heirlooms that could never be replaced and extremely fragile. Her care and attention to detail went far beyond the best I've experienced previously & I ship items often. Magnificent work, all done with a friendly smile and total competence. Athena, you are the best!

We love this branch! They are always friendly & fast. They are especially awesome because they always give the kids lollipops which they love and look forward to!! Well today our daughter brought THEM candy which was thoughtful! The little things count the most.hanks for your kindness. 🫰🫰🫰🍭🍬🍭🍬

This was the easiest experience ever and had the nicest guy ever help me. Deveon was so helpful. I was in and out in no time. My new favorite one thanks to him.

Only ups store i use don't mind driving out of my way to go here. Always so friendly helpful and fast never have any problems been going there for long time. Highly recommend them

I have needed to return various items three times in the last ten days.Each time a young man named Deveion assisted me. He was EXTREMELY helpful, courteous, polite and patient every time. I really appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you!!!

Incredibly helpful staff. Went absolutely out of their way to make sure I didn't have to come back. I didn't catch their names, but both associates I spoke with today we're amazing!

I use this store regularly and have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism ….. but this morning was over the top. I took 4 pkgs back for Amazon return and thought I had them marked and pkgs them correctly. Turns out I had marked them Incorrectly. The ups workers were so kind and helped me to correct my mistake and were extremely patient with me while figuring it all out. THANK YOU!

This location is wonderful. Always a friendly smile and greeting when you walk in. Very helpful and courteous when helping you. I have never had an issue with them at all. I highly recommend this particular UPS store.
