Ordered bottles across the US and though maybe some would be broken. Nope, perfectly packaged no breakage. Excellent quality bottles for a great price, rapid customer service to help me out, fast shipping just in time for production! I live in Michigan so I've never been to the storefront but everytime I buy from the online store my order is shipped immediately and I get it in 2 business days. Very impressed with that and the shipping rate is very fair, highly recommend the online store.

My review is based on customer service alone. Fed ex never delivered my package yet stated that they did. My security footage, my neighbors, and my family along with myself who were home all day and at the time of stated delivery were in the living room watching a movie at the time FedEx claimed they made the delivery.

Home Brew kept communication open, friendly, and positive.
They issued a full refund even though the issue was at no fault of their own

If you love to brew your own beer this is the place to come to and get your supplies. Attendants were very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, they now sell craft beers. Certainly worth the visit.

This place has been one of the most consistent, helpful, and cost effective places for me to expand my homebrewing. I live about 40 minutes away from the store and when I order something, it's on my doorstep in two days with standard shipping. I've ordered over 1k worth of ingredients and equipment since I've discovered the store about a year ago and I haven't had a single bad experience with them. I had one instance where my order was exactly correct and their customer service was very nice and was willing to make it right. If you brew beer, mead, wine, whatever in northwest Ohio, support your LHBS and buy from here.

These guys are good. I made a pretty big order (big for me, at least), and it came quickly, at a decent price, well packaged, good quality. I had a couple of reasons to phone them, and when I did they were as good as you could hope for in terms of responsiveness. They're worth doing business with.

This company is kicking butt. They are getting busier everytime I make a pickup here. As far as shipping goes they are Johnny on the spot! Shipping clerk is nice and very helpful. The young men that load you get you loaded as soon as they are given permission. I don't get here that often but every time has been pleasant.

One of the best Home Brew Supply shops I’ve ever been in. If they don’t have it, you don’t need it. They have everything you can imagine for Beer and Wine Making, to Distilling and Aging, and more. Bottling and kegging supplies, and dispensing taps too.
