Signed up for my first EasyPay card at this Circle K location. The girl at the register wasn’t super familiar with how to set it up, but we figured it out, and she was super nice so that made up for it!

Pretty crowded, but a great store.

Someone had spilled gas and told attendant like oh OK

Just stopped to make a purchase. The customer in front of me was having trouble getting their card to go through. It did finally go through I get to the register and the cashier was very polite, told me to enter in my number to get $1 off, but was unable to get my card to go through. I went to the next register where the lady said "oh no, I was having the same problem this morning." My card declined at that register too. I then tried a different card and it was approved. I told the lady they needed to check on their machines, she said "it's not a problem with my machine it's your card. I haven't had problems with my machine" I then said "you told her you were having problems with the machine earlier today..."

When I got to my car i had a text message from the bank asking if i had attempted to use my card at circle k. I called the bank and they said that because multiple attempts were made and failed it alerted the fraud department.

My old bank would have frozen the card for 24 hours. Thankfully this bank doesnt do that.

Yall need to get your machines fixed.

Gas was pumping very slow not very friendly service

Worst circle k in the area not very clean and polar pop machine is down most of the time.

My wife and I stop at this store every day we spend over 100 every morning they been having a out of order sign on the bathroom door for months the lady that works in there picks and chooses who she lets use the rest room my wife goes she lets her use the restroom I go she says it’s out of order I believe this is discrimination by the lady that wears glasses and works morning shift until you guys do something about lazy employees that work their and discriminate on people we won’t be spending another dollar in this store and the store is very dirty I wouldn’t recommend

Quick question if you suppose to id that goes for every customer right and not who you feel is of the age. Ms Kay needs better training cause she’s in there makin up her own rules wen she gets caught doin her own thing. Plain and simple don’t be selective on how you do your job just do it or don’t I don’t have time for games.

It’s the worst customer service I have ever had at the circle k that’s on the corner of robley dr and ambassador caffrey. I have to reach all the way across the counter to get my drinks. I have seen a small old lady go to this store in the morning and have to struggle to reach across the counter to get her items. I’ve seen people that are walking with a cane struggle to reach across to grab their stuff. The black lady that is working there in the morning doesn’t show any customer service Whatsoever. She’s always looking like she’s all over the place and trying to do multiple things at the same time instead of tending to the customer. The other people that works there does a fine job with customer service. It’s just that one chick. She needs to go. I suggest just firing her. She’s not good at her job. And the drinks selection of bangs is very slacking. I would like to see y’all carry black cherry vanilla bangs.

Don’t go to this location. Better service just up the street. Employees sit outside smoking near gas pumps.

EVERY TIME I go to this Circle K and ask for the bathrooms they always tell me it's out of order. For the past 4 yrs they have been telling me that, finally this morning at about 5 am I stopped in and needed to use the bathroom and the young lady proceeded to tell me the bathrooms were out of order. I finally said you know every time I come yall tell me they are out of order. Have they been out of order for 4 yrs?! Yall sure are taking your time to fix them aren't you? What bathroom do YOU use if theyre always out of order??? She seemed stunned and then FINALLY admitted that they don't have public restrooms.............how in the world does a GAS STATION not have public restrooms?! I was furious, I needed the bathroom and because it was so early there was no other gas stations open around there! I had to drive out of my way to TRY and find a gas station with a "public restroom". It is absolutely ridiculous and I plan on going higher up to figure out WHY in the world this particular gas station does not allow their customers to use the bathroom!!!!!
