We had a spark plug issue on our way out of town. We couldn't find a mechanic that could help on such short notice. The men and women here helped us in everyday possible to get the fix done. I'm am so impressed with they're knowledge and customer service. Thank you so much you all saved the day! Special thanks to Pearl and Nick!

I like the Orielly Auto Parts in Richfield. They have a few guys that are great to help and do a good job. The store is always clean and organized.. They are great crew. I also have a commercial account with them here and that helps me get things faster and easier. Thanks for being a great auto parts store in our area. They also offer tool rentals and take used oil.

These guys went above and beyond to help a stranded old lady. They got my part in by the next morning, and even ordered 3 of them to make sure it came in. Plus their recommendation for a professional mechanic was also the best. Others, including the Buick dealership just brushed me off. As a business professional myself, sometimes you help the most in need first!

The people were so much help, they checked our computer system for free and showed us what we needed to get to be able to at least make it back home. Best help advice ever! 😊

Not too busy. Very friendly staff super eager to help. They insisted on installing my wiper blades for me lol. Very quick. In and out and back on the road in about 10 minutes.

Richfield, Utah!...you just don't find em like this anymore. So helpful and polite. I'm not so concerned anymore if i have small auto problems....i have O'reilly right down the street who i now know will absolutely help me out!

On our way back home to SC from CA and the battery light comes on in the middle of nowhere. The nearest auto store was this one and we were 50 miles out. I called when we got 10 minutes away to see if they would still be open and Micalle offered to stay open for us! She even stayed late to test our battery and help us find an alternator. She was so helpful and kind I can not thank her enough for staying for us! There are still nice people in the world!

I'm 19 and I know how some Auto Part stores can try and cheat you out of your money for expensive parts, I went in and asked one of the very helpful employee's there what spark plugs I need for my 2004 Dodge caravan and asked for the cheaper ones and only paid $16 for 6 new plugs! Overall great prices and even great customer service, definitely recommend for anyone in need of cheap parts/tools!

Recently I traveled from Las Vegas to Denver my check engine light came on, I stoped at the store and one of the employees Ashley helped me she put the scanner on my van and told me the code thankfully it was only the thermostat, traveling with my family it was kind of a stressful situation but she was very kind with my family, they had the part and I was able to fix it myself. Thank you Ashley and also the store manager Taylor .

I got in and out without having to wait. I was able to get the breaks I needed at a decent price ,also I bought a audio converter that didn't work and had no problem getting a refund. It wasn't the converter that was the problem it is my tape player

Had a great experience here a week ago. I was driving from California to Denver and somewhere in Utah my ac compressor pulley bearing failed. I had to get a replacement belt to bypass the ac unit. There wasn't a whole lot of info online so the manager, Joe, helped me try on several different belt sizes until we found the right one. I was able to make it home to Denver. Thank you so much!

Since 2012 I've been going here in Richfield. Over the years all the employees I have dealt with have been very kind and helpful. And their prices are good and comparable to other auto parts stores here

We broke down on the freeway and Wes was willing to bring the part we needed to us which got my family back on the road. It's nice to know there are businesses like this and good employees like Wes out there still. THANK YOU!!!
