I was just in there with a friend and tried to buy a drink. They guy at the counter never opened his mouth. The card reader said to remove my card and transaction completed. I grabbed my drink and walked around while my friend tried to check out. He leaned against the counter behind him and said nothing to her. She waited patiently and then asked what was going on and he barely whispered that my transaction was still processing. So, I paid again. I asked if it was done this time and he shrugged his shoulders. I again grabbed the drink and walked away. He continued to ignore my friend, so she asked if there was an issue. He shrugged and so I asked if my transaction had actually gone through. He rung me up again and the same thing…”remove card” “transaction completed.” He again didn’t ring up my friend and when I asked if it was me having an issue he again shrugged and I just gave up and put the drink back. He still refused to open his mouth and speak, so my friend left without her protein. This guy was so unbelievable. I won’t be back of he is in there. I’m positive I’ve been charged multiple times for that drink too.

Used to be reliable. Now the jock that works there is constantly away from the store and puts a sign on the door that he’ll be back in 5 minutes. I encountered this twice recently and both times waited well over 10-15 and he never returned. I want to support the local owner she’s so nice. But can’t keep wasting the gas and time trying.

I just went In the store. Was about to buy a lot of products to enhance my workout experience, this asain guy with tattoo came out the back... I said hello he said nothing. He had the AWFUL attitude . I asked him about meal substitute and he walked and point to a few and kept on walking.. so I ask if all taste like milk or chocolate he said no it taste like whatever it is . Maybe I was dressed poorly or didn't appear to be the right color? who df knows but I Will Never buy from there. I had to just walk out! Disgusting person. Who ever is the owner need to rethink this hire, cause I will surely pass it on the my fellow officers.

I sat in the car, waiting on my mom..well. She walks in and walks out about 5-10 seconds before she walked out.

Claimed the man behind the counter, didn’t even come out and ask “how can I help you?”

She said that he just stared at her! Like what happened to customer service? I understand things are slow due to COVID..but when you see someone looking for something..don’t just stare at them

Walked in while putting my mask on and got SCREAMED at by the young lady working there. The other customers all turned in fear of her! I dont mind being reminded or turned away but do it nicely. No such thing as customer service anymore. Go to Vitamin Shoppe! 12/11 @ 130p. Check your employees! I sure hope you're not a manager, that would be awefully sad!

When I walked in there the lady was so rude, I will never go back to this store & I won't recommend it to anyone else either.
