I ordered a leather watch band for an Apple watch so I could spice up my watch for a few weddings and nice occasions…the Lucrin website advertised 3-4 day delivery for the product. Seven days later, still no watch band and the delivery status still says “in warehouse”. The weddings were nice, but I wore a sporty rubber band with my dress clothing instead of the nice new leather band I paid $200 for and was expecting to arrive in time. I’m sure it’ll arrive at some point, but some truth in advertising would be nice…I might’ve ordered from another merchant.

This company has horrible customer service. I ordered the Royal Blue iPhone 15 bumper and the Royal Blue card wallet because I wanted them to match, turns out they don’t match at all. So I wanted to return them, turns out I can’t return the wallet because I added my initials. They said they would send me a return label for the bumper, but it’s been weeks and I still haven’t received it. I’ve been following up every couple of days and have just been ghosted. Very bad product descriptions and even worse customer service, especially for the prices they charge… ugh :(

I have a Lucrin phone case which I really like so I decided to order a desk pad. It said I’d receive it in 3 to 4 days and it’s been three weeks! I’ve written customer service with no answer and I finally sought out a phone number which clicked me through somehow to Europe where they said they couldn’t even look up my order and they’d have customer service call me which they have not! This is ridiculous! These are expensive items and they plain lie on their website about shipping times.

I orderd the Minimalist Wallet Case for iPhone Pro Max 13. The case I received, however beautiful and well-made, is too small for the phone. I suspect they shipped a case for iPhone Pro 13, though the packing slip clearly states "Pro Max." I have requested a pre-paid return label and replacement with the correct size item, but other than a system-generated email confirming receipt of the request, I have heard nothing from this company. There is no phone number listed, so am unable to call for resolution. Product quality is high. Customer service is low, hence the 1-star rating.

This company lies about shipping times. Advertised 3-4 business days but it’s been a week and the order saying that only a shipping label has been created, nothing more.

Their customer service doesn’t get back to you so good luck doing anything other than a chargeback if you want to dispute your order.

Been waiting two weeks for my order that was promised to deliver in 3-4 days. No phone number on the website. Customer service email was curt and unhelpful. Phone number listed on Google for their US office was answered by a voicemail in French before automatically hanging up. Stay away.
