I went 2 different store for upgrades in the Cutler Bay Area horrible customer service in those other stores.

Liam was able to help me upgrade my phone lines and help me reduce my monthly bill.
I was so impressed by him and the other employees how well they work together.

I have always had a wonderful experience at this store but tonight was exceptional. I had clicked on a phishing email and needed help. Liam greeted me and was calming and knowledgeable and spent an hour with me. He knew there was no sale to be had but he treated me so kindly. Ask for Liam the next time you are there.

The customer service representative, Ralph at the AT&T store in Pinecrest was extremely helpful. No wait time perhaps because it was later in the evening. Would recommend this particular store. Plenty of parking available as well.

Excellent Store Ive been to several stores before and never was even greeted and took forever. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with a warm welcome by Ralph I went to add a new line and they even helped with concerns I had with my Bill Ralph took his time and provided one of the best customer service Ive ever received at an AT&T store. Im am extremely pleased 😃

It was an amazing experience at this branch, quite different from other branches. I am certain that I will remain here. Eric, the manager, is extremely helpful, and he, along with Rafael and Jesus, form an excellent team. I feel an amazing sense of teamwork here (after 28 years with the company) with a sole purpose of delivering excellent customer service.

I wanted to upgrade my iPhone 12 because the one I have is getting tired. I decided to upgrade to an iPhone 15 because I had been receiving emails from AT&T about the 15 & I was interested. I walked into the AT&T store that is 3 doors down from Vintage Liquor in Pinecrest where I work. I was immediately greeted by Ralph. He explained the details of all the iPhone 15s. He helped me to decide on which 15 would be the best fit for me. Ralph is kind, considerate, helpful, courteous & most importantly, knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Ralph to anyone who needs any AT&T products or services.

I came looking for information to update services and Ralph was amazing with patience, knowledge and friendliness. He’s a very smart young gentleman that made us feel very comfortable to ask all the questions we had and answer with lot of great answers and guided us to make the best decision to our budget and plans . I can't say enough about Mike! I am as non techy as they come. I was having a very hard time deciding on upgrading my phone, and the choices felt overwhelming. Mike made the process painfree and easy. He's very knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint! He transferred all my data from one phone to the other; sat with me and explained how to work my new phone; went so far as to set things up for me when I couldn't. I have an AT&T store in Miami Springs, but i will continue to drive to Pinecrest because of the exceptional service I received. Wish i could give him a well deserved raise!

Yesterday I was assisted by Christian, who was thoroughly knowledgeable, about all AT&T products. He was patient and polite. He listen to my concerns, offered whatever promotions were available along with some options. I was thoroughly satisfied and I will continue to return to this store.
