Best customer service I ever received, was in and out no less than 20min. Got a new phone and was fully taken care of by two employees. Give them a raise!

I got the best customer experience ever. Changing phone providers is always stressful and a long process. Frank was double checking the information all the time to make sure he was entering the right data. Frank is an amazing associate at the ATT Store in Tamiami. He is kind, helpful, intelligent, friendly, and knows his job really well. 'm giving 5 stars only because of Camilo, the manager. I won't comment on Clint's incompetence because this is a guy who doesn't even have the common sense to mute his phone when he's on Tik Tok. Life will be hard for someone that dunce. I had to go back to that store two other times and in those three days only two humans exist there; Camilo and Frank . Although Frank didn't help me he was the only person who said hi and made eye contact.

This store is going to be in real trouble once Camilo realizes he has a gift in sales. While Clint and the other non speaking employees grunt and side eye their way at AT&T I hope Camilo gets out of there. Camilo, apply at a dealership, any luxury store in design district, get your real estate license. Get that real big money from sales, you got that gift.

I had the pleasure today to visit this store today. From the moment I walked into the store, the staff were extremely welcoming. They were very knowledge about all the plans and services that were available. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they gave me the best plan available that suits my needs.
