CCS Medical has offers me better service than all other companies I've used over the past ten years. I've never had a complaint with them.

I worked for CCS Medical for 4 years. This company takes care of their employees. This is the first company I’ve ever worked for that I can truly say I’ve been happy to be a part of. Management is very understanding and will invest in you as long as you invest in them. I never questioned my trust in my supervisor. I would absolutely go back and recommend this job to anyone that cares about people and wants to feel like they’re making a difference. The pay is good and plenty of room for growth, as they generally promote within. And they promote quick. To anyone that’s interested in healthcare and has a passion for people and is teachable when it comes to learning new systems, then this job is for you. Full benefits including PTO, 401k, bonuses, etc.. 10/10 would recommend. 🤗

CCS has always provided my insulin pump supplies in a timely manner and are helpful when I call. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I received my new insulin pump since my current pump is out of warranty. I can't thank him enough.

I have 2 kids with Type 1 diabetes - for over 10 years each - both on a pump & CGM - wouldn't go anywhere else. Easy to work with and great customer service and help with insurance companies!

I'm visually impaired so I prefer to speak to a live representative who couldn't be more friendlier and understanding I'm always being kept up to date about my order delivery tell it shipped my door in two years I have never been disappointed.

Their scheduled delivery plan I think is far superior to my having to negotiate with the pharmacy every time I am due for a refill of my supplies.

I have been on both sides of this company and I have no complaints. I helped patient’s place orders for Dr offices and not I work for the company. Best decision ever.

I really don't understand all the hate this place gets. I've been dealing with the urology department for years and the ladies there are always so nice and helpful. It is honestly a pleasure to speak with them whenever I may need to call.

I have had few issues with this company but i have seen a huge change in a very positive way i get the help i need in a timely fashion and getting my shipments have never been easier

In a field of losers like Solara Medical this company is the best for Medicare Tricare patients with the complex and unwieldy Tandem and Dexcom combination.
