AT&T Store

Kayla helped me today. She was very caring of my needs and even though her storefront did not have what I needed today, she went out of her way to provide what she could and walk me through/ facilitate getting me set up with the main company to get everything set up. She was knowledgeable about my many questions. I was also greeted promptly. It was all quick and out.

I do NOT like AT&T and their service. It's worse than it used to be 10+ yrs ago. However, Jamie is a natural and has great customer service skills. I really appreciate her!!

Was having a issue with my son's phone, store rep Ms.Jami was not only able to help me but was able to get me and my family set up with new phones and get us on a better plan! 10 out of 10 would definitely go to her if I ever need help. 😁😁😁

The Franklinton, LA Store was so worth the drive from where I live. I dealt with Kayla on Sunday and she was super knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. She was patient, honest and didn’t let me leave until I was completely satisfied. Today (Tuesday) I dealt with Jamie and she was equally as awesome. I will make the drive to Franklinton rather than fight the crowds at the Covington stores! I will be recommending people to this store!

Staff was extremely helpful. We moved lines from another provider. Left the store & realized 1 line had the wrong number. They quickly resolved the issue the next morning. Based on previous reviews, I would think maybe they have a new staff in place .

Brently is a so awesome and informative! For months, I’ve been having the hardest time getting steady internet service in my area and he helped me come up with a solution. I will be in soon to get my service activated! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
