AT&T Store

The store in monroe absolutely 💯 helped me. The one in Winnsboro, Bastrop not at all.they need to retain.in customer service

They were quick, efficient, and the manager was super sweet! My sales person seemed miserable. Maybe she was having a bad day. Although, I can’t blame them… they were very pushy about selling add-ons. Listen all in all AT&T sucks across the board.

Amber, Spencer and are some of the best in store help I have ever had there a fun to be around and made my shopping experience fun. They are very knowledgeable of the products and work well with each other. If I had the ability to give them a $2.00 an hour bump in payvI would. I wish everybody who work in a store was this helpful and friendly. Thank you AT&T

I walked in, and they got straight to me. Every question i asked they was able to answer and give me info in a way i understood it all. They ordered my new phone for me. All had smiles on their face. Winnsboro, Louisiana AT&T store is the absolute best!! I'll forever recommend them to anyone. In town or out of town! They fixed some that the West Monroe AT&T messed up! They caught it and i had no clue i had been paying extra the whole tome for something that was suppose to have been off my line.

Absolutely the best AT&T I've ever had the pleasure of working with I left AT&T 2 years ago bc I felt like I wasn't a valued customer after being a customer for 10 yrs. But after meeting a rep outside of the
store she promised it wouldn't be like that so I attempted to give a different store a chance. Best choice ever!!! They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful while I tried to figure out what
package worked best for me!!!

I recently visited the Winnsboro AT&T store for new phones, I had been hesitant to do so, leary of the ordeal it could possibly involve. However, much to my delight, the young Lady by the name of Kye was absolutely amazing! She was everything and more of what a sales associate should be ( friendly, helpful, patient and very informative). She went ABOVE and BEYOND for me. The other young lady working there was very nice as well. It turned out to be a pleasant experience. I gladly give them 5 STARS!

Very nice , Love this store. Went into the store a couple days ago very helpful & nice. Too bad the 611 reps are not honest like the store was. I cant remember the girls name that helped us but I will be going back to her.

Came in today to get a new phone. Had my 2 yo and 3yo with me and was a little nervous about having to bring them both in. The 2 girls working there were so kind! They made it a great experience and even helped me get my new phone set up.

Well, I must say that every experience that I've had at the AT&T store here in Winnsboro, La. has been wonderful. The people are friendly there, they're helpful, and very professional I must add, especially Morgan...She's one of the AT&T employees there, that gives Southern Hospitality a whole new meaning!
