Alex L is the best Verizon employee I’ve met! my account was a mess. He worked miracles to get it to where it needed to be. I can’t thank him enough for all he did for me. Alex was so incredibly helpful when my phone randomly began going into SOS mode and popping up notifications about the SIM card failing. He took extra time with our account to ensure I knew the steps to communicate to the account owner to help lower our bill. Excellent customer service!

I have been having trouble with my phone dropping network since I had it repaired at a another shop. I stopped in & Keera was so helpful! She switched my Sim card and then later assisted me with my new phone. I really considered switching from Verizon after 15 years to go with another provider. The only reason I didn't was because her customer service and kindness during my frustration was unbeatable. She was so kind,patient and helpful. Keera is the best!

Alex & Cory were wonderful! They were a big help setting up my husband’s phone & Apple Watch. Super helpful & friendly. Love this location.

2 months ago I would have given a 1 star rating from the service I received. But upper management has gotten rid of most of the staff and is starting over fresh. They were able to solve all of my problems that the older manager created for me and I no longer hate verizon

He is so knowledgeable, patient, personable, and professional, there is absolutely nothing too daunting for him to undertake. If you are having problems with any aspect of Verizon, he can troubleshoot and fix any issues that you might have. He is simply- THE BEST!!!!

In June, I was getting notices to download something with wifi to get better service. I didn't because my service was fine. As of July 1st, it wasn't. I couldn't connect to through phone and texts were spotty, even though everyone else who had Verizon in our house had no problems. My first contact was with the manager. He offered for me to come in to look at my phone. I couldn't at the time, but did the wifi connection thing, despite the fact that I am paying for wifi through another service. I was hoping to buy time to get into the store. Next, the whole wifi went thing went wonky, even though everyone else in the house had no problems and no other wifi connection was bad. Today, I went in to Thurmont Verizon and experienced wonderful, helpful service and got my phone going for now. Thank you Dustin! If anything goes wrong now, it is not your fault! Thank you to the manager, also. He wanted to help. I hope Verizon gets there problems solved or give me a good reason. Your workers are good!

I had THE best customer experience in this store. I purchased a new phone and plan and this team went over and beyond expectations. Had trouble switching my number over (Straight Talk issue) and the team got me up and running in no time.

On March 23 I was having issues with my old phone and my husband needed a new one for sure. This location got such great reviews that we stopped in to see about new phones. We got lucky. Ben was there to advise us about what phones would work for us and had one in stock for me, set it all up and had me up and working that day. My husband had one on order and we returned today to get him all set up too. It's pretty painless when you have Ben to get you through. He has the knowledge and was more than patient and helpful. Ben and Rob seem like a great team. Each time we went into the store they were busy with customers, and they were happy customers. Thanks for everything Ben, we appreciate your guidance and help.

Tyran was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped my mom save on her plan and helped me figure out my best option for a plan. He even spent the extra time to help my mom put a new screen protector on her phone!

Devin was fantastic! He was very helpful. My only warning is that the Verizon Wireless device protection plan was added without our explicit knowledge, and only when I received the email from Verizon Wireless with my new charges did I realize it.

Well they had to stick me 3 times but that's because my veins were small but they were very nice about it.
