Kris was so patient and understanding with me. I was looking to get a new phone, since the one that I had was pretty old. She explained everything to me and I even got a free watch. 10/10 customer service.

I came because my phone said sos and I couldn’t use it miss Kristen went out her way to fix my phone then told me about a upgrade option to the purple 14 . I’m so happy because my old phone gave me sooooo many problems and I was scared to get a new one but she did her thing and got all my information over fast and easy .i probably won’t need another phone til years from now but trust I’ll be looking for Kristen when I do . 5 star service

Went to T-Mobile on Central Ave in the same shopping center that has a Weiss Food Store. Bad Idea. Explained my problem to a rep...he looked at the phone for a minute and said there was nothing he could do to fix it...never asked another colleague for assistance. Drove to the one at Ritchie Station and spoke to a gentleman named EL. Very business like demeanor. He looked at my phone and solved the problem in 2-3 minutes! Ritchie Station will be my first go to for my new purchase just because of the professional service I received there.

This is, hands down, THEE BEST T-Mobile store in PG! My most recent experience was with Regina Smith. Gina got me ALL THE WAY together! She is knowledgeable, friendly & her work ethic is commendable! I came in randomly for my son it was time to get him a phone for his 9th bday. Kris was such a warm spirit to have assist me ,compared to the service I received at other locations this was absolutely stress free. She hooked me up for real for real . Will be back soon

I walked in with an issue created by the T-Mobile that's located closest to me and was immediately cheerfully greeted by Brian. I explained my problem to him and within minutes it was resolved. He was patient with my questions and even gave me some great recommendations on possible phone options without being pushy and was very knowledgeable. He was personable and professional even when I decided not to buy that day. Thanks Brian for turning my headache into a smile!

I was an AT&T customer prior to my visit here, Cindy presented me with a great deal! Her customer service was exquisite and she is very knowledgeable with phones. She made switching over very easy going and effective!

Out of this whole area this T-Mobile is the best. JT, Cindy, & Edgar are always welcoming me like family, and solve any problems I have. If you want a good experience I highly recommend this store.

Our experience was amazing with Leah! The day before we came to the store trying to purchase an iPhone 11 Max Pro with straight cash $1,200 to buy the phone in full. The salesman the day before was trying to milk money out of my fiancé and I just because the phone was very expensive and they work on commission. We left the store and never came back that day. The next day we came back to the store and ran into Leah again and we asked for her assistance. Leah knows her product very well and she is the most amazing sales person ever!! She went above and beyond to make sure we could get our new IPhone 11 Max Pro. She stayed after hours to finish the process and never had an attitude as if she was ready to leave. Anything else we need or any concerns we will always go to Leah because she made us feel at home and she welcomed us in with open arms. Leah keep striving and being the best you can be. You will be successful in everything you do with your upbeat attitude. Kindness goes along way!!! Thank you sooo much for all your help and I am loving this phone! Thanks Leah!!!!

The first time I came into this location was over the summer when I dropped my phone in the pool at Six Flags. They were knowledgeable and they were able to switch me to my new phone. I live by Oxon Hill. I came back to this location this past weekend. I made the drive to this location because I loved the service. I came into inquire about adding a new line and left with a new iPhone for my daughter and a new one for my husband. In addition I was able to get a free tablet for my youngest daughter. The staff was able to walk me through and redeem all my rebates in store.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable of the products and services of T-Mobile. Not to mention she assisted me in updating my current plan which was lowered. I appreciate their honesty and fairness.

I usually don't leave reviews, but my associate asked me to leave genuine feed back so here we go. This is my Mitchellville T-mobile store experience 11/20/2017

I have to admit that I have not been loyal to any T-mobile store and that I usually go around from store to store, but this store in particular has me as a permanent customer.

I walked though the door thinking I was going to get the same dry greeting that I had been getting from other stores, but this was different.
Every associate on the floor took a moment from what they were doing to greet me.

Victor walked up to me and introduced himself and asked for my name. He then proceeded to tell me I couldn't have picked a better time to come into T-mobile. At this point I'm interested because I just came in to do a bill payment and it's not even Christmas yet.

He told me that we could take care of my bill payment and then take a look at my account to see what I'm qualified for.

The first thing he noticed was that I was on an old plan that wasn't tax inclusive. I was spending $50 more than I needed to because of the taxes and overages. I was a combination of happy and mad, no one had told me this before! I'm grateful that he took the time to make sure that I was on the best plan for me instead of just looking to make money off me.

Before switching me over to T-mobile's unlimited plan he asked me some questions to make sure I maximized what I could get.
I walked out of t-mobile with a new CHEAPER plan that gives me hotspot and I have a Tablet and a Smart Watch coming in the mail.

He gave me his number and said to call if I ever needed anything or had anymore questions

I'm coming back Friday with my family to get the Buy One Get One promotion.

They are fast and work under pressure with a crowd very well. Ari handled my switch to T-Mobile with easy. She is energetic and very knowledgeable about T-Mobile customer benefits.

This location is great. Kristen was my rep and she mad my transaction so smooth . Telling all my friends .

The service that I received today was above & beyond excellent!
Arle Madrigal was amazing! He took time to be certain that I understood, then availed himself for further assistance if I return with my tablet.. Everyone in the store was warm and welcoming. 👍👍👍

Went in to replace my son's broken phone. The staff greeted us immediately and were very helpful. Masks, social distancing measures, and hand sanitizer were all in place and available. Great job!

Great customer service overall. Staff was very helpful and patient, Edgar especially. I came in just to browse but he really informed me about the different plans they offered and helped me pick one that fit me the best. Definitely will be coming back.
