CVS

The purpose of my visit to CVS was to get my 2nd Covid-19 booster shot. I was able to check in on the CVS website, which was very convenient. I went to the pharmacy, was greeted very quickly and kindly by a lady behind the counter. She asked me to have a seat at the vaccination waiting area, and told me that someone would be with me very shortly. The wait was approximately
5-8 minutes. The vaccine shot was administered to me, by a friendly technician.

As I waited the required 15 minutes for clearance, after the booster shot, I began walking through the aisles, which were clean, open and spacious. I had patronized this CVS location before, and so I remembered that I was attracted to the layout of the store. I spent 45-60 minutes shopping after that, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The shelves seemed to be well stocked with items that I needed! I also spent time looking at greeting cards. There were lovely condolence cards and Thanksgiving cards, several of which I chose to purchase.

Lastly, I waited in the checkout line for about 10 minutes, with my arms full of items. Then a kind man, with a smile on his face motioned for me to come over to his checkout lane. He was kind, engaging & talkative.
We laughed when I said, the arm that I got the vaccine shot in, felt fine, but the opposite arm started to hurt!

I have had nothing, but positive experiences at the Pointer Ridge CVS, and would recommend that location to everyone!

This young Lady named Mariam was a great influence on me today. I'm an older woman and not good at using my raincheck. She helped me without getting an attitude. She is so very nice and professional. Please thank her for me and tell her to keep up the good work. I will continue shopping there as long as she is there. Thank you cvs for hiring her.

pharmacist was great and the staff! I explained to him the pharmacist my issues and took the time and care to give feed back and recommend products. My prescription and my daughters was also ready within Minutes.

My experience with this CVS was one of the best shopping experience that I have had. The employee that assisted me in my checkout was very polite, courteous and respectful.

Store is remodeled and have a new structure, with new products and better in stock, The new management is really changing things around, will definitely bring my business now

Some of the nicest employees I’ve seen.

Pharmacy phone manner could be improved but once inside I had a GREAT experience getting my booster and flu shot - quick and painless. Oludayo was great to work with.

Veronica in the pharmacy knew my dad by name. I was touched by her energy and so grateful for her kind attentiveness.

Such a bright soul... I wish her well in all her future endeavors 💫

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't use my extra bucks on dairy products.

This store is convenient for me but I prefer some of the other CVS stores. Good for a good run and HOPEFULLY they will have what you are looking for.

A prescription was sent in by the hospital on Tuesday afternoon 2/18.
I came to this CVS on Wednesday at 6:15 waited in line just for them to say the prescription was not ready. And they would expedite it was the line got smaller. There were and I am not lying 10 people behind me. They need to hire more people

They have changed their weekend hours. They now close at 6pm. This is totally unacceptable
I am a working person the weekend is the only time I get to run my errands. Just walked in the CVS at Watkins park @ 7:43pm and the pharmacy is closed. Not useful for the people.
