AT&T Store

We had to wait a while but when it was finally our turn we couldn't have asked for a nicer assistant. She wanted us through everything and really knew her stuff. Knowing it was an elderly lady and she couldn't hear half of what was being said. The employee was so kind and patient.

Justin Foulke the assistant manager gave the most fabulous service. He spent several hours trying to fix an issue for our family. Thank you.

The store is fantastic. Shayne was the rep that helped us upgrade our phone and made it super smooth and he was super helpful. He was knowledgeable about the phones we were using, friendly, and kept good conversation while we waited for the phones to do their thing. He even helped us when when he looked at our account and saw we had been paying double insurance for the past 6ish months. Very enjoyable experience and Shayne and the store were fantastic.

I went into the AT&T store to pick up a rapid charger. The young lady was responsive, courteous and helpful... a very nice interaction.

I went into the store today to upgrade my husbands and my phone and let’s just say Haley and Faith are absolutely amazing! They took care of my every need and spent two hours helping me find my apple I.D. password! Thank tot girls so much I’m so glad y’all were able to help. I will definitely be back they make me feel so welcomed!!

Extraordinary customer service: proactively helpful, patient, friendly, and all go way beyond basics. I also never feel rushed and get help with devices. Especially Ashley has a tremendous command of technology and processes — and teaches as she assists by explaining what’s she’s doing during set up. Haley also has gone out of her way with helpful knowledge and assistance to make my experience so good that I bought/upgraded two extra devices that I had not intended to buy. Shane and Faith were also very supportive, friendly, and generally helpful. I will use this ATT store whenever I have future needs — great teamwork and attention to all customers who come in!

Hi my name is Regina and I came in the Bonham store NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO OR EVEN PUT IT INTO WORDS WHAT I NEEDED. BUT ASHLEY AND SHAYNE TOOK REALLY GOOD CARE OF ME. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT, VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY NEED. I CAME IN THE STORE STRESSED NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO ABOUT MY SITUATION, BUT WHEN LEFT I HAD SO MUCH PEACE KNOWING THAT THEY TOOK REAL GOOD CARE OF ME. THEY ARE KERPERS SO YOU ALL BETTER KEEP THEM. I was in there a few days ago because my phone was acting up. Faith fixed it and did an amazing job! I don’t usually ask for help with my phone because I'm pretty tech savvy but she knew exactly what to do. Very welcoming and smiley!

I just want Cellular World to know how amazing Ashley Holiday and Faith Jones is. They are miracle workers. I went to Sherman and McKinney and no one could help I finally ended up at the Bonham Tx store and these young ladies help me out and the service was amazing. Thank you so much, I will be back!

The two young guys who helped me fix several difficult issues ( 3 hours the first day and almost 3 today) were absolutely 💯 amazing! They called multiple departments and managers to untangle all the issues I was having and ultimately fix every one!

I have been to several AT&T stores in the past but after doing business here I’ll never go to a different store again. Lacie is the most AWESOME manager ever. She helped me swap phones and set up a watch and all kinds of stuff and was the ultimate professional. I was amazed Watching her interact with her customers and take care of each and every problem with ease. I am also a manager so I know the value of a good employee and you guys have a great one in Lacie. You better hang onto her or somebody will steal her away.

Im really impressed with the staff there they where so nice and friendly as soon as i walked in. Shayne was the one who gelped me out with the problem i had with transfering my stuff to my new phone,he did a great job at helping me out definitely coming here again 5 star service

Went in to buy a phone for my uncle. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. Their knowledge about the different phones was impressive. Overall, I recommend this store to anyone. They could use another employee though, we had to wait about 45 minutes before getting served. But it was worth the wait, we got my uncle a new Samsung Galaxy A0S2 on a prepaid contract with a quality case for $124. That is with the phone paid for in full and the first month's service plan fee... That was a lot less than I was expecting to pay! 🤠

Visited the Gainesville AT&T store today. Was helped by Berkley and her manager Lacey. What a great team. Very informative, helpful and kind. Answered every question we had and went above and beyond 100% effort to fulfill our needs.

I love this place. I LOVE AT&T. The specific employees in this office are AWESOME. A lot IS expected of them but they GIVE - OVER AND ABOVE what is needed in their customer service. If you have ANY QUESTIONS - give Colt a call. He's awesome. And Bret he's great too. They're an AWESOME TEAM and work WELL together. They pick up each other's slack.
