I come here every 2 weeks to fill my script. I have been on this medication for some time and have had many horrible experiences trying to get it filled, but here it has never been a problem, and if there was any issue, they have always worked with me to figure it out!! :) I truly appreciate the kind, helpful staff and pharmacist!! They have been wonderful and I highly recommend this location!

Fantastic! And boy they were busy on a Friday evening around 4pm. All of the staff were patient and professional. Be patient! They had people coming from all sides. If you are getting a booster it takes about 45min. Whether they are busy or not it seems.
I was impressed!

Went here a few weeks ago to look for some squishmallows (plush collectibles). I had been checking back over and over with no success for a certain new release that I had seen at other stores. One lady looked eager to help and asked me if I needed anything. I explained and she offered to help me look. She found exactly what I was looking for. I forgot to get her name. 😞

The staff is great. I never have any trouble getting prescriptions filled or help in the store when needed.

Great store. Wish they had items that are at the other Walgreens. Pharmacy is fantastic.

Went in to pick up a few Easter extras. Glad that they have a unique things that other stores don't carry.

Pharmacy is always slow, but which one isn't in this area! If you have any "special" or newly on the market medicine, in my experience, you're not going to get it in a timely manner here. It's also a toss up as to the type of service you will get. Sometimes it is great service and sometimes it can be very much a lacking experience that leaves much to be desired.

DO NOT USE! This pharmacy has the absolute worst service. Went to pickup a prescription after visiting urgent care and was told they hadn’t received the medication prescription. Called the urgent care the next morning and the prescription was confirmed received by the pharmacy at 7:12pm the evening I went to pickup my prescription. Called the pharmacy after speaking with the urgent care staff and was told again they didn’t have the prescription. About an hour later I received a call saying my husband had a prescription ready…well wouldn’t you know, they filled my prescription under my husband’s name because our last names matched…thank god I’m not a Harris or Jones or Lord knows who would have gotten my medication.

Horrible service in the pharmacy. The woman with long curly brown hair was awful and rude. I was checking on refills for my children and couldn't hear her. She scoffed, put the phone down and talked to me in a very condescending manner. She does not belong in her line of work. I am 29. I can't imagine how she treats elderly individuals who suffer from hearing impairments. Every time I visit this pharmacy there is another rude, stuck up pharmacist treating everyone like we are inconveniencing them.

Been on hold for almost 20 minutes now. People keep picking up the phone and putting me right back on hold without even saying “please hold” or anything. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING when all I need is a yes or no answer. This is why I usually do business with CVS in WC.

UPDATE: 35 minutes into my Hold wait. 4 times I’ve been told to “please hold” without asking what I want and 9 times where they just pick the phone up and immediately put me on hold.
