Jessica was awesome! Great customer service, and worked really hard to get me the best deals on my new phone.

The lady that I dealt with was named Jessica. She was so nice and helpful. She worked her but off to get me a new phone. She deserves a raise 👏

Alexandria took so much care of us. She really went above and beyond her job. Ty for such fantastic service. She even stayed after the store was closed to finish up our order. She was determined to get us our phones today. Just can't say enough about her.

Lisa is hands down God sent. She made the experience so enjoyable, explained my options, I told her what I was looking for she gave me the two best matches based off the information. Lisa ordered my phone and promptly called when it arrived. Once I arrived at the store she greeted me kindly, I started looking at merchandise while she finished with a customer, I also did a survey for her during this time for the smallest earbuds I've ever seen. All in all my experience lasted 30mins, all questions answered and explained. I felt confident in my purchase and also purchased some extra goodies as well due to the great customer service I received thanks to Lisa.

So proud to have 'this' Verizon store to visit when I need assistance with my phone...or need a new phone or just a new product!
Anna was so kind and considerate my last visit and I truly appreciated how accommodating she was. She removed the old and peeling screen cover from my husband's phone. How nice! Also, she upsold me on a double car charger.....and I love it!!

Lisa was very helpful extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was the only person working and even though there were 3 customers waiting she kept her cool and did a great job

We have visited the store three times this past week. Samantha has been superb. We have yet ever dealt with anyone from any phone company who is so knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I lost my Google Pixel 7 pro in the river yesterday and I couldn't even go to work til I had another phone because I needed it for my log on process and Lisa had me fixed up with a new one in less than a hour.
